Amazing service from Payless Locksmith. I had an issue with my front door building lock and I called them at 9pm. The locksmith was there half an hour later to fix it for me. After he checked the lock, he realized that he had to go back and get another handle from his shop that matches my lock. He did all of these at such a late time at night and before the end of the night the lock was fixed. Highly recommended lock repair service.

They put in three new deadbolts and then made my two mortise locks match the new deadbolts, so they did 5 locks in total.There was a subsequent problem with one of the mortise locks and they came back out twice to fix it and refused any additional payment. The locksmith that showed up explained that the lock we bought was not compatible with our door, first of all. But most importantly he showed us that our lock was not broken in the first place. All he had to do was push a button that we didn't realize existed. He adjusted things a bit and charged us a minimal fee and the standard fee for showing up. They put in three new deadbolts and then made my two mortise locks match the new deadbolts, so they did 5 locks in total.There was a subsequent problem with one of the mortise locks and they came back out twice to fix it and refused any additional payment. Both times they came back it was within an hour of my phone call. Great prices and super-fast repair service. I would definitely use them again in future.

I made an appointment for 10am and at 950am the Locksmith called and said he’d be an hour late, after an hour and 15 minutes I called him and said he was on his way. I asked if the job could be completed by 1230 as I had to be to work and he said no problem, well at 1pm he finally wrapped up with a new door handle that is scratched up and chipped and 2 mismatched screws (ones a silver bolt the other a white screw) that stand out like a sore thumb. He did take $50 off the $550 price tag only after I asked 3x and offered to come back to fix the new handle he messed up during the install, so now I have to take more time out of my day and hope they come (on time) to do the repair. So he came back, 3 hours after the appointment, and only after I called to find out where he was. The locksmith said he’d then arrive at give time and still arrived another hour after that with out calling or apologizing. I do not recommend this place at all, unless you want to waste your time.

I asked if the job could be completed by 1230 as I had to be to work and he said no problem, well at 1pm he finally wrapped up with a new door handle that is scratched up and chipped and 2 mismatched screws (ones a silver bolt the other a white screw) that stand out like a sore thumb. He did take $50 off the $550 price tag only after I asked 3x and offered to come back to fix the new handle he messed up during the install, so now I have to take more time out of my day and hope they come (on time) to do the repair. So he came back, 3 hours after the appointment, and only after I called to find out where he was. The locksmith said he’d then arrive at give time and still arrived another hour after that with out calling or apologizing. I do not recommend this place at all, unless you want to waste your time.
