Worst service ever. Told me he was at my apartment, even described it and I told him it was correct and that I would be there with cash in less than 10 minutes. He agreed that was okay. When I got there he was nowhere to be found, walked around everywhere, nowhere. Called, they were forwarded. Left voicemails. Texted multiples times and no reply. Called from a friends phone, nothing. I told him I have an animal in there, since they have to ask. He was fully aware of it. Hours later, I’m crashing at a friends still locked out, and still haven’t heard anything from him. At least be professional enough to tell me what the hell was going on. Such a waste of time.

Just call these guys! I don't know if he's the owner but I spoke with someone named Mike and he was awesome! I called a few other places that either didn't provide the service or charged an arm and a leg. One place quoted $75 and after 15 min text me that since he was out of the area the price went up "a little". $165.58 was supposed to a little!? Mike quoted $60 and drove to Waynesboro, PA from Hagerstown, MD in record time and got my door open within minutes. Don't bother with anyone else if you've locked yourself out!

He obviously stopped what he was doing as soon as I hung up.He got to the Myersville gas station FROM Hagerstown in 15-16 min. He has a smooth method he uses when opening the car door, With a 100% success rate , and exactly ZERO damage to your car (other locksmith guys tend to leave some kind of damage on your car) and takes about 1-2 min.
