Terrible. Do not recommend this place at all. They have been here for 3 hours just messing around my car. My battery died because of how many times the technician tried starting my car. He then proceeded to scream into my face because i was asking him what was wrong. Michael Reiner is a terrible technician and does not know what he is doing, and does not know how to communicate with customers.

Got locked out of my house and called them. Had a 45 min wait. Guy calls me and says another 20 mins. After 20 mins I call to be told another 20 mins. After that the tech wouldn’t pick up. Two hours later and still nothing. Calling someone else... Edit: He showed up 122 mins after the original call. Told him I had someone else coming now. He tried to tell me he would do the job for $20 cash. I told him no and he drove off while cussing me out. So shady and unprofessional. Avoid this place like the plague!

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They broke the entire locking mechanism on my car and refused to acknowledge that it was caused by their service. They wouldn't even provide a refund let alone offer for any compensation towards fixing the problems. I wish I could give them ZERO star.

Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Refuses to take any responsibility or try to understand an issue they caused. I was visiting Myrtle Beach and lost my car key. They sent a tech out, he made me a key that was not properly programmed with my cars security system. So as soon as my car was locked when I got home and the security system was activated I could not shut the alarm off with the key they provided due to them not programming my car with a correct key fob. They used a normal key that doesn’t have a security chip inside. They refuse to send anyone to fix my key and say they are a “nationwide” company. They refuse to refund my money. Every single manager I’ve talked to told me different things. The tech I talked to hung up on me. I now have to pay another place to fix my key because they didnt finish the job professionally. They have an excuse for every reason of why this is okay when a DEALARSHIP told me this is the problem. My fuel pump shut down because this key put my car in “securty mode” I was ripped off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are all very unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they refused to give me that persons name or number. They won’t send anyone out to my location to fix my car. If you work hard for your money and need a reliable fix do not use this company!!!!!!! Too bad I can’t give 0 stars.

I needed my garage opened and I was quoted $265. I thought the price was steep and asked if I could just drill it out myself. The technician stated you have to know how to do it right. My desperation overcame my hesitation and I watched in shock as he literally just drilled a hole through my lock. After "fees and taxes" it came out to $350. I felt stupid and robbed as he drove away. I would recommend shopping around first.

I lost my key to my Nissan Altima 2009, ‫i called locksmith connection and the tech arrive after 55m, I was so happy he got me out of there with the same key I had before, including the keyless entry, I also called the dealership the day after to compare prices and connection was 15% cheaper than the dealership, even though they came to me, Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend you guys

This company saved my day. Two days ago my son went on a school trip with his high school marching band to perform at Six Flags, NJ. When he got home, he realized he left his car keys at Six Flags - which is a two hour drive at least. We didn't have a spare key for his car that was parked at his High School and we dreaded having to drive back there to get the key. We goggled locksmiths and found Lucky Locksmith Connections. They told me they would be able to make us a car key on the spot and they were actually able to do this! Within a half hour we had a new key for our car and we saved ourselves a two hour drive each way. They were very professional and the cost was very fair. I would recommend this company to anyone. They really saved our day. But we still need to hear back from Six Flags : )

I specifically asked if there would be any problem getting my lock opened, they said they could absolutely help when I explained what the issue was. when a locksmith came by, he looked at my lock and said “no you absolutely can’t get this open there’s nothing I can do to help you” even after I asked multiple locksmith associates, he came in only to scam me and THEN told me I OWED HIM $199 AS A SERVICE CALL. Are you Kidding me?!! I only paid him $29 as per what is quoted on the website- but that is robbery at this point- he ONLY had intention of scamming me and NEVER was there a “service” that was provided. He lied and that’s it. THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO REFUND MY $29. Why would I pay $29 to have someone straight up lie to me?!! I’m calling the BBB and making this as much of an issue to this company as I can, it’s just plain wrong!

Called for service in Rochester, NY (14626). The technician lied all through and fraudulently charged 383.33 $ for drilling hole in the lock in 15 seconds. When you call the company back, they take no responsibility and are rude. Technician was unprofessional and lied. LOOTERS, STAY AWAY.

I was in a hurry and forgot to pick up my keys instead of locking the doors by remote I hit the bottom and shut the door after a few steps I realized that I had locked the keys inside the Jeep and the house key was on it. So I stated looking up Locksmith after several attempts to finding one I found these guys They were very polite and helpful said they would have someone there in 30 minutes. The tech called me and said he would be there in about 10mins My tech was very professional and polite but first he made sure the keys were in the Jeep In less than 5 minutes the door was open and I was very grateful and he didn’t scratch my Jeep, Great Guy to meet very nice and friendly
