Very fast and professional!

I called them in on the weekend and was told that the service charges would be 29.99. The guy came in and just adjusted the door by moving it in. He asked was $145 which was way beyond what i was told. Anyway the door broke again after 2 days and I called the company and spoke to the manager. He was extremely rude and started screaming that they will not send someone to fix the problem until I pay more. The job was not done right in the first place. He argued and I told him he will be hearing from the attorney. Instead of good customer service and trying to accommodate in some way he just screamed go call whoever you want. Is that how a manager should act? They also send people with fake names.

Polite, professional and highly proficient, Michael showed up and had me back in my car in remarkably good time, and was all together a pleasure to meet. In less time than it took me to fill out name/address/phone number, my car was open and I was back to work as if i hadn't foolishly locked my keys in it. Friendly and reliable, security conscious without being the least bit rude. He saved my bacon and i heartily recommend him and Locksmith connection.

if I wasn't desperate and late for work I really would have went to someone else. they charged me 4 hundred dollars to change my locks to my house. They said that they could not make a key they had to change the whole lock and they knobs. I think the company is a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of hard working people.

I call get answers for some concerns I had about my key they cut for my car. Christina was very disrespectful, I ask to speak with a manager, Her response was she was the manager!!!! She spoke over me again and again !!!!!!! I thought I was Dealing With a teenager that couldn’t understand English!!! she was very disrespectful she yelled and She still didn’t answer any of my questions and Concern I had about my key..she also wanted to charge me over the phone for a service not done...The Customer service that I got from Christina was horrible the person who fixed my car his name Adam he was very respectfully man. I just couldn’t get in touch with him that’s why I reach out to Christine and I wanted answers and she was not able to give me the answers!!!! Instead she yelled and act like a child over the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor over and over and over and she told me that she Was handle the situation.. she did nuthing But Made the situation worst!!! Customer service was horrible !!!!!!!!!!

I was locked out my car and they told me they would be there in 35 minutes but took a whole hour. But that’s not even the worst part, after he called me and I told him I finally got into my car he said “why did you not call us back so we wouldn’t send service” I said sorry and hung up. He proceeded to continue to call me and I wanted to be left alone so I hung up. After I hung up the phone, he texted my number harassing me saying we’re calling the police and how I shouldn’t leave since the police were coming(they never showed up). After that I blocked his number and another phone texted me saying “we got you”. So now I have fear in my life because of this company. Would never recommend to any other living being on this earth.

I called for a new key for my 2002 Jetta the young woman that answered the phone was so professional and polite. Her name was Sherita. She assisted me with every question and concern that I had. The technician that came to my location was amazing! Super qualified and communicated with me since I first called. He even gave me spare for the same price! Horrible. I will never use this service again. Was told the key would be made. After 3 programmjngs of new key found out it was just a basic key and not the key that unlocks doors or trunk . I was charged for a premium key and got a basic key. This service is very misleading. Do not use this service if you unless You like to be misled!!

The most horrific experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They had a tech come install a new door lock at our house (because he could not get in), the door did not lock and the tech damaged our door frame so bad where we had to get the door replaced. This company refused to do anything about it and would not refund us our money for the installation of a BROKEN lock. They never returned our calls. We went back and forth for weeks and they told us they were not doing anything about it. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!

Had to call this locksmith under crisis circumstances during a family emergency. Was told 3 times, twice by the secretary and once by the locksmith himself, a man named Travis, that they were on their way and would be there within an hour. Five hours later the locksmith finally called me back to say that he usually just “told people he’d be 30-45 minutes even when he wasn’t going to come.” This seems like a terrible business practice for any business, but this business in particular. How many people have called them during an emergency, locked out of their house or car, and been left high and dry? Thanks for making my life harder on top of everything else. Travis also mentioned commercial jobs were always prioritized over residential or private jobs, so if you really need to use this bad excuse for a locksmith, be sure and say you’re at a place of business. They might actually show up!

Did not even have the decency to tell me no one was coming!!! I was locked out on my way to day care and work, with both my little girls, called this company was told i would be contacted if a few minutes and that someone would be to help me in twenty mins. Not only did no one call me, but each time i called back and eventually spoke with 3 different managers, each time i was told i would be contacted and not to worry that someone was coming. Instead of looking for someone else (being extremely late already) I took their word for it. Finally I was told there was no available locksmith in the area...horrible customer service. Not to mention all the positive reviews are fake and made by the business!

The locksmith messed up the ECU in my daughters car and was rude, disrespectful lying about having a supervisor he put some guy on the phone when I asked to speak to his supervisor but when I called the sheriff he admitted he work for himself and that locksmith connections sent him a text and they claim they dispatch great locksmiths you can count on to get the job done well it's not true. My daughter has not been able to drive her car. Please stay away I've never seen such messy business they don't even know who they sending out to you horrible!!!

have used this company 3 times and now i wont call any other company for help. Each time I called in, they were very kind, compassionate , and patient. I have used SEVERAL locksmith services in the past and no other company compares to this one. The customer service, pricing, and honesty are by far the best ive seen.. Highly recommend this company to others. My family has also started to use them!

I will never work with this company again. I was told a different price every time I called and by the time the Lock Smith got there it was way more. Once the locksmith finally got to my house and the price was arranged he said he would have no problem to set up my key. Well the car was sitting for a while so we had to charge the battery the locksmith put a charger on the car but it wasn’t enough juice so we hooked it up to the car and still there wasn’t enough juice so the man without knowing said our computer was messed up in our car and that we would have to take it to a dealership and have to pay about 1000 to fix it. So we didn’t get a key that was programed he made the key and from what I was told on my 5 or more phone calls if it didn’t work I would have to pay only 15 dollars well it turns out he made the key and he was charging us for that even though the car didn’t work. As my husband tried to explain what was told to us via our phone calls this man started yelling at my husband outside our house at 9:15 in the evening in front of our neighbors , stating that we needed to pay for the key and that we were playing games. Now we were further trying to get clarification about what was going on and he starting taking off his ear pieces and other items as though he was going to fight my Husband. (This happening in front of my neighbors) He kept punching his hands stating I am no kid I don’t f’ing care (with a few choice words I will leave out) and kept punching his fist into his hand, and walking toward my husband about to assault him. My husband gave him the money because at this point this man had some sort of anger issues. To add insult to injury I call this company and they told me they would have a manger call me right back over a half an hour later I called them back. The associate that was a supervisor was acting as though she didn’t care. I had to ask her if she was a supervisor I had to ask her if she was aware of my issues she was not even speaking which only made things worse. When she finally spoke she was saying oh we made a key we paid for that and she was snapping at me and she told me….Then she tried to act as though I was lying about the episode that accrued in my home. I got upset and the rudeness of the employee and the failer to have empathy and respect for a customer got worse. I asked the supervisor if I should of called the police because they would of done more with this man that tried to assault my husband a man that represents your company She went ahead and acted as though it was a nuisance to even talk to me. She told me she would sent me a receipt because the Locksmith left without giving us one. Well I got a receipt with just the amount I was charged no description of the work after I called them 3 times for the receipt. I had to call them back and request an itemized receipt and they were rude in getting me the information just trying to get me off the phone. It took them over an hour and a ½ to send me a receipt with the information that looked as though they made it up to match the money the locksmith took. I am so disgusted with this service I can only imagine being a single woman and having to deal with someone like this. This company did not stand by their promise and they have lazy and dangerous people working for them. I should add when I had another locksmith come out the key didnt work because for my Lincoln you need 2 keys set up not one or it wont work. I had to pay an extra 300 to have another key done and for them to be set up correctly.

I needed to change the locks on my house. Since it is Memorial Day weekend, I called a couple other places thay said they woulsnt be able to do it until 4 days from now. I was connected to Locksmith Connection and I had a technician at my house almost before I could even get off ththe phone. It was so quick, easy, and friendly.
