Homeland Lock and Safe Service is amazing! He responded within 15 minutes, was quick, and thorough. He tried everything he could before having to replace my lock. His price was fair and he even made me spare keys at no additional charge so hopefully I never accidentally lock myself out again! I went ahead and saved him in my phone tho, just in case!

Called this company for a friend who had left her keys in Kansas City. We had called at leat 5 companies and got 3 different prices from one company. We called Homeland Lock and spoke to Jim. He explained that because it was a dead bolt, he would probably have to drill it out and replace the next day when businesses would be open . He said he would be right over. Since we had been sitting in my call for 2 hours that was great news. We decided to take her bags to the door Much to our surprise when she was checking some work that was done while she was away, she leaned against the door, you got it it opened. When we called Jim to cancel he said that's okay, I'll turn around and go home. When I asked about a service call amount, his response was don't worry about it. That shows me the integrity this man has and I hope when I lock myself out he is still around.

Although I am a family member I am from Southern Florida was here visiting a distant cousin who is the co-owner of this Locksmith Company and I am a general contractor in Florida who deals with plenty of Tradesmen including locksmith and electricians and Security Professionals even though this is a distant family member I thought I had to at least let people know I have never met someone with such unbeatable prices and such a positive attitude I thought I had to let people know even though they are distant family they are very kind and unlike the locksmiths I have dealt with they are the most fair and honest people around with quality of work that is unbeatable, I was 51 miles away on Easter Sunday and had lost the keys to my 2007 GMC Trailblazer and within 2 hours the younger son of the owner was on site and had me to ignition Keys within 30 minutes 4 less than 175 and the dealership charges at least 250 at least in Florida where I am from these guys are incredible

Called Homeland lock at 0200AM on a saturday morning and I was shocked how fast they responded and how knowledgeable they were and my last nightmare with Baldinos Lock was a game changer, Not only did they get to me in less than an hour, They charged me $65.00 and thats it!!! Crazy and they said it wasnt because I was a cop, theyre just an honest family business and I give them an A+ for sure, Thanks again guys

Lost my work truck keys at Jiffy Lube Live at a concert and not only did I lose my truck keys but I had 8 business door keys on the same ring, The owners son, James, arrived and took great care of me, had me a new programmed truck key in minutes and even helped me with my other keys and the bill was kinda a surprise, the 1st lock company from Edgewater came out and charge me a fee and they couldn't even help me and the total bill from Homeland Lock was a few bucks more than the service call from the other company I was elated and very satisfied, A+ guys great job

These guys are great! They responded super fast, did an excellent job in less then thirty minutes, and I was surprised at how little they charged me. Don't find many companies like this anymore. Highly recommend these folks!! Interesting that the owner, Jim, mentioned that he could retire but he loves what he does. If he keeps working because he loves what he does, rest assured, he does the highest quality of work and makes sure everything is perfect. That was the case with the work he did at my house. As I said above, you don't find many companies like this anymore.

This company was a God send to me and my children when we became locked out of our house on Mother’s Day! Because it was a Sunday and a holiday, I fully expected to be sitting in my car waiting for help for hours. However, I was given a quote of 20 minutes In which I believe they arrived prior to that! The father and son duo were extremely professional and friendly, and went above and beyond what I needed them to do! Although I hope we are never locked out of our house again, if we were, I would absolutely call them! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Locked myself out of the house today on the way to my car. Jim was out in 15-20 minutes, had my door opened in about a minute with zero damage, and only charged $60 (on a weekend). Really friendly guy, and great service. Had my reciept emailed to me promptly as well. 5/5. If you want a locksmith who is prompt, does good work, and is upfront about their prices, this is the one to use.

Had to evict a horrible roommate at 6 this morning and the sheriff's office recommended this company and I was surprised, very courteous and professional and was at my apartment early and I had them change 6 locks including dead bolts and levers and cut me 10 new keys and they were so low for a price I thought it was a joke but these guys are incredibly budget friendly and they are a REAL local business, the other lock guy I contacted said he was from Dunkirk but that was BS, these guys are local and father / son owned and very helpful and I give them a thumbs up and a 10 outta 10, thanks again guys

Although this company came highly recommended, I must not have had the same experience as everyone else. Maybe it was just me, but after trying to have them come out to a business and fix our front door lock and key two different days, I finally went with another locksmith after both no-shows, and no response on the second no-show. I understand things come up, but there was a serious lack of communication, and zero communication after the second no-show. Not a happy customer, probably because I was never actually a customer.

Speeches!! If you are a veteran or a military family this is a great business, I lost my only key to my 2009 Toyota Camry, they responded within 20 minutes and had a new key made and programmed in no time and I could not believe the price!!! I called around and two other lock companies quoted me over 250$ and Homeland Lock had my keys done and they even gave me an extra key for no charge for a total of 150$$ that's cheaper than the darn dealer :) this company is a godsend I am so glad I found them. Most other service companies take advantage of you when you are at their Mercy but these guys took great care of me I highly recommend them.

I locked my keys and my dog in the truck. Homeland arrived within 15 minutes and had my truck unlocked in another 20 minutes, without damage. The price was very reasonable too. Much lower than others. I'm keeping their card on file for next time, although I hope there isn't, if you know what I mean!

Poor communication, wouldn't return calls, eventually stopped calling with updates. Was never able to get the key properly cut/working for my vehicle. He seemingly gave up after several days. Waste of my time, I would give less stars if I could.

Best service response ever. Called at 7:55 and said they would be there in 10 minutes. Drilled out/removed a frozen lock cylinder, installed new one, done in 15 minutes.

My dog walker got locked out of my house while I was at work 50 miles away. The screen door locked her out. They were extremely quick (just finished not far from me so he was at my house in 10 minutes or less). He was very friendly and polite on the phone was able to get the door unlocked. I am extremely grateful!

Second time using James at Homeland Lock, he was able to cut me a key for my motorcycle I had lost the key and key code for. Other local places couldn’t do it, not even the dealership.
