OMG!!!!!! Gene's is a lifesaver. While at work my key detached from my remote while in the ignition. Honda dealership quoted $150 for a master key. Gene's made me a new key in less than 15 minutes for only $55! It works great. I definitely recommend Gene's!! Thanks guys!

Locked my keys in the trunk Friday. The store answered my call after hours. Other locksmiths did not. Gene's asked intelligent questions about the year/make/model of my vehicle and advised me with options to get my keys out of the trunk while not shutting down the (security) electrical system. They offered to take the job at a premium price and come right over or to wait until after the weekend and charge a standard rate. It's a pleasure to work such a professional outfit and I would call them again!

I called Genes lock service to see if they could unlock the trunk of my car, which is inaccessible with out a key. They arrived quickly and the gentlemen that showed up was very informative and worked very efficiently. They told me over the phone how much it was going to cost me and even gave me some tips on saving money on a spare key. I highly recommend Gene Locksmith service. Specifically, Matt, who answered the phone and arrived to unlock my apartment door within 20 minutes. I had forgotten my key inside and the handle was locked. I stupidly wasted my time by trying to pick it myself for over an hour. Matt got the door open in under 10 seconds and even made me 2 additional keys on site; they have key cutting tools in the van. I peered inside and it reminded me of the key maker from the Matrix. Gene's Lock Service is a wonderful, family-run business. I called about a car key that I've needed replaced for 2 months (back up car, has been sitting) & they were here within a few hours!! Price quote over the phone, even suggested calling insurance for assistance and they ended up covering a portion of it! The gentleman that came was friendly, fast and had me on my way with a new key in no time!! They saved me lots from having to get my car towed and pay the dealership an arm and a leg. Came home from a long day of work to realize I was locked out of my house. I called and was given a quote, and they showed up within 15 minutes. Before he even began work, he asked for my ID to prove I lived at my house. That gave me such a good sence of security. I have one of those key pad locks, and there was a malfunction in it. On top of that the lock wouldn't cooperate for him to get it open. Since I had to replace the lock anyway he offered to just drill the lock so my 7 year old son and I could get inside (it was getting dark and it was bed time). My son made a comment about how he hates loud noises and he was scared it was going to be loud when he drilled the lock. The locksmith showed my son the drill and turned it on to reassure my son it wasn't going to be loud. Because of the difficulties dealing with my lock, he kept apologizing for it taking so long. I am a retail store manager and I teach customer service all day long. The customer service I recieved was amazing. I mean this in the nicest way possible, I hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do I'd be happy to.

After 4 (yes 4) unsuccessful trips to a big box store to get keys done, I was able to get prompt, exceptional service from these guys.
