First time trying this outfit, was referred by a friend in the business so I called and spoke with Mike on a Wednesday bout noon, trying to find a IC core rim cylinder for a DETEX panic device, they weren't sure what cylinder to provide (1400 hours), so I sent one of our guys down to their shop on Joppa Rd to show them the device along with a key to operate cylinder on previous panic device (1600 hrs.), they said they needed more info and to call back after 0900 the following day. Thursday morning when I called at 0915 I spoke to Drew (office Mgr.) he asked what markings on the key in order to know which cylinder to provide us, I told him what was on the key, he asked me to send a picture and he would get back to me. I sent him a picture of both the keys (2) and the panic device, this was about 1000, I phoned back after not hearing from him at 1200, Cindy answered and put me on hold, waited till it clicked over Cindy again, she said he was with a customer and would I like leave a message, I explained the purpose of my call and who I am to which she commented that she saw the email with the photos, so now I leave a message explaining to Drew (shop Mgr.) my need for a cylinder and to please call when he is able to determine if they have the cylinder I need. Waited till 1400 hours, still no email response or return phone call, I phoned and again spoke to Cindy, put on hold again, clicked over to reception again, this time no answer, just went back to hold, after a couple minutes I hung up and called again, Cindy asked if this is the same guy who was on hold, I affirmed that and explained to her I just need to know if I can head over to their shop to pick up the cylinder and keys, she told me Drew was away from his desk, I thanked her for her help, thanked her and told her I would be trying another lock shop. Amazing how a company stays in business with that kind of customer service. I work with a small company in the commercial service industry (50+ employees) and would never allow that to happen! First impression is a lasting impression, we definitely will not be wasting our time with this lock shop again. Stay away if you value your time and money.

Truly awesome service. Polite service people. I needed 2 Deadbolt locks installed ASAP. They honestly did not have any openings on the day I inquired. The receptionist listened to my situation and said she would try to get a technician to me the same day between 12 PM and 3 PM per my developments rules. She got a lock smith technician to my home. He drilled out the new holes in the door, installed the deadbolt locks and made sure everything worked as expected. He cleaned up leaving my home spotless. He was kind funny and most of all a skilled professional. I was so impressed I will have him replace an expensive locking system for me in a few months time. Easter Lock & Security Solutions are my new go to people for anything lock related. Easter Lock & Security Solutions earned my highest possible recommendation. Easter Lock & Security Solutions staff are definitely autism friendly.

I visited this store to get a vehicle key made, it was fast and reasonably priced. Its not a lot of places that make vehicle keys accurately. I love the fact you can get a FREE security yard sign. I recommend coming here instead of spending much more money at the dealers.

If you're looking for going to these guys for a commercial project, don't. They're absolutely terrible, unprofessional, and can't seem to get their things together. Bryan and Brooke were part of a project for our company. Everything from end to finish was absolutely terrible.

Easter's is top notch and stands by its service. We had Easter's re-key a lock for which we had lost the key. The initial technician came, re-keyed the lock, but accidentally left the lock so that it did not work from the inside. We then realized this the day before closing the sale of the house. Easter's promptly sent someone, free of charge, to correct the problem within hours. Closing went smoothly, and we came away appreciative of how Easter's stands by its work. Josh made the last-minute fix and was excellent. Would use them again anytime.

I am so happy with the quick and courteous service I received from Easter's tech Chris. He repaired my broken deadbolt on my primary entrance door and even took care of another issue on my front door. The price of repair was very fair. I also like that this is a FAMILY owned local business.

Locksmith Chris is top notch. Used him 3 times in a month. He fixed all problems right away knew exactly what he was looking at. But then i call to set up a billing contract with them so they would be our permanent lock co.and have them come out and do some more work. Mind you all previous work was paid in full. And would not allow me to schedule anything till i gave them Credit card info. Didnt like that to much.

I was in a jam and locked out. I called my regular locksmith and he was on a job in Westminster and couldn't get there. I called the locksmith who normally cuts all of my keys and they could only get there in 4-5 hours. I called Easter's because they were off of Joppa Road. They sent someone who was there in 20 minutes and had me in and back to work in about 3 minutes. Can't recommend them highly enough!
