I utilized Eagle Locksmith for a second time, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. After the new technician rekeyed my lock, I unwittingly created unnecessary confusion/tension by neglecting to apprise Eagle at the outset that I’d purchased a Groupon. Long and short: Rani at Eagle was wonderful and smoothed things over with the tech, I apologized profusely after feeling like an idiot, and my lock is now rekeyed! Eagle Locksmith is the only company I ever plan to utilize in the DC metro area, and next time, I’ll work directly with Eagle for a discount as a repeat customer!

These guys were great. They showed up soon after I called, having discovered my lock had stuck and I couldn't lock the door to the house. They rekeyed the existing lock, but when, a few days later, that proved not to be the best solution, they came back and fixed on a new lock, at no extra charge. I live in a very Baltimore home. My 40+ year-old lockset in my apartment door finally gave out, locking us inside! So I contacted Eagle Locksmith at about 5:50 AM and a dispatcher got back to me within minutes. He asked for photos of the door, lock, etc., which I texted to him. He got back to me with a very reasonable quotation, which included rekeying both locks (mortise & deadbolt) to work with the same key, and making a number of duplicate keys. Alas, the job was trickier than anticipated, since the old steel door was in poor condition and needed new holes drilled to fit the new equipment. But these guys were on top of everything, and managed to make the new equipment work perfectly and look as good as possible. Thanks a lot guys!

Amazing !!! Amazing !!! Amazing !!! Mr.Josh is very professional and knowledgeable. My Mother called Mr Josh for a service call when she locked her key in her van Mr.Josh came out and replaced the key also advised my Mother that her damaged door may cause some issues with key due to the type of vehicle she has, the key eventually did cause some issues Mr.Josh did everything to rectify the issue with the key he advised my Mother to get her door fix than the key would work properly. My Mother did not fully understand why the door would stop the key from working to make a long story short I called Mr.Josh who was very kind and professional explained everything to me and was willing to meet my Mother one more time to reprogram her key after she got her door fixed, he even was willing to meet with my Mother on his day off and he informed he was on his way to a bbq with raw meat in his car but would still meet with my Mother to fix the issue. I would reccomend Mr.Josh if you are looking for a locksmith. Thank you Mr.Josh for everything.

I normally don’t leave reviews for companies but I was pretty surprised by the service I received from here. I unfortunately took my keys when traveling out of town and my parents couldn’t get in to our house when they arrived from an international flight. So I scheduled a locksmith to come and meet them upon their arrival. When I tried to get an average gauge of the price the lady on the line didn’t want to say because she has to see the lock first which is understandable. But she assured me that they would open the lock saying that they’re affordable and how I’ll be satisfied because she has the best reviews. I’ll also add that online they say they charge $19 for a service call out to a residence which they say is deductible from the final price once the lock is opened and generally residential calls can start from about $35. Thus, I was shocked when my parents called me saying that they wanted $200 for their service! In addition, when they asked why the price was so high, the locksmith said that “they lived in a big house so it shouldn’t be a problem.” Luckily, my parents are more stubborn that me and refused to pay more than $80 for something that too approximately 15 minutes. But the lack of professionalism I saw here is enough to prevent me from ever using this particular locksmith ever again.

It happened to me this time. I lost my keys while going to and from school. The keys to my building, my apartment, and my mailbox were not the issue, as my supt was able to replace them. The issue was that I also lost keys to my safe. I had no choice but to call a locksmith to have the safe opened. The locksmith was honest with me, and told me that the safe would more than likely be unusable afterward. I was fine with this, and we set an appointment. The appointment was the same day, in the evening time. The locksmith came to my place, got my safe opened, and got me taken care if in less than 20 minutes.

I got locked out of my appartment and the lady on the phone said the technician would be there in 10 to 15mins. They came over a half an hour later. Paid $410 for them to replace my lock cause that was the only solution. 2 days later I got lock inside my house cause the lock that they worked on were jammed. So I called them and waited another half an hour for me to slide my key under the door with a knife so the technician could let me out of my apartment but he said nothing was wrong with the lock. While waiting for the new technician the one from 2 days ago called me on a phone different from the store phone they have been contacting me on and said he was passed they called him while he is at home on his day off and the manager called him that my lock wasn't working so he called me to persistently tell me it's not his fault I'm locked in my house and wouldn't stop trying to tell me that like he was trying to just get me to accept it. Then the second technician called me on his phone right after he was done with the job and tried to ask me out. Tried to call the manager and tell her about both situations and that it wasn't professional and she kept cutting me off and assured me the 1st technician was next to her the whole time he called and didn't Harass me and even put the guy who i talked to earlier that night to say I was lock in my apartment on the phone to pretend her was that worker and cover her tracks. Then she kept trying to accuse me of lying to her by responding saying "i don't know what u r trying to do but my technician did not Harass you" Poor company would is only concerned about getting money and saving their tail. Will lie to cover up their tracks when they r in the wrong.

Josh is the man. I needed a remote key for my car which was damaged while I was moving and called Eagle Locksmith in which Josh responded. He made a new key for me. I had a problem with the key a while later and I called Josh back for the key. He replaced the key but for some reason it wouldn't connect. However after Josh kept trying different keys he figured out the problem in which we both learned something new about keys for my car. To make a long story short Josh got my key connected and as they say the rest is history. He didn't stop until it was corrected and I was very satisfied. Josh keep up the good work. I lost my car keys, called around to see what different places would charge. This locksmith quoted a $120 (minimum) fee plus a $20 service fee. Called my dealership and they said it would be $60. To be clear, I'm just replacing the key, I'm not getting a fob or programming a new fob.
