Donnie and Lisa came to our home today to fix three different locks/doors. They made short work of what we thought would be very complicated and expensive repairs. It's great to know we have a very capable and service oriented locksmith in southern Maryland. They really know what they are doing, and we enthusiastically recommend D&L Locksmithing to anyone in need of lock repair or service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as "how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?" or "how much are your services?" or "how does the process work since I won't be present but an employee will be" is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said "You just have to trust us" and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply "trusting" that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do. If you want a professional service, this is NOT the place to go. If you want someone to answer simple questions, this is NOT the place to go. It's a shame because we have substantial work in the surrounding counties and would have liked a reliable locksmith. Someone else will get our business.

Great service. Kept in touch with me on their way, worked through some difficulties getting my key code for my motorcycle and in the end were able to get me two new keys to my bike! Fair price, great service.

I called about a problem I had regarding the removal of an old deadbolt on my front door. Donny patiently worked with me over the phone until the issue I had was resolved. Anyone willing to give of their time free of charge gets 5 stars from me any day! If I ever have need of more extensive locksmith service, D & L is who I will turn to.

Bar a tech for D and L locksmith stole my money I was given the wrong key the key I was given made my car go into stolen I ended up spending more money to fix what their tech messed up and they didn’t want to refund my money I will have to take them to court I was told they know more about cars than the car lot I brought the car from Joseph Chevrolet
