My wife experienced a lockout from our house due to a failed deadbolt lock yesterday. We called several local emergency locksmiths trying to figure out our best option for gaining re-entry, and Direct really came through for us. They were able to have a technician at our home in under 30 minutes, when other services quoted times of several hours (on a freezing, dark evening). After arriving, the locksmith informed us that he'd have to drill out the lock to open it, which we agreed to, and he had us back in the house in under 5 minutes after starting this process. In the end, the final bill, though not insignificant, was fully half of what most of the other emergency locksmith services had quoted me. Their quick, professional service at a good value makes me recommend them without reservation for others in need of a locksmith.

Sultan re-keyed 8 of our locks. He was very professional. Same day service and the best price. By the time he was finished the other companies I requested service from finally got back to me and quoted a higher price. I will be using Direct Locksmith for all of my future needs.

Highly disappointed in the service and customer service. My mother and husband got locked out of my house and called direct locksmith services llc. The customer service rep quoted $20 fee for the technician and $45 to unlock the door. Upon arrival the tech asked my husband if he wanted him to change the lock for $85 my husband declined because it was too expensive. The tech proceed to drill a hole in our lock and then gave my husband a bill for $195 plus $20 service call. We were floored by the cost. My husband told the tech we were quoted a much lower rate and the tech said for us to call the rep. My husband called the rep only for her to say she needs to confirm the services with the tech and give a call back. It’s been 3 hours and no call and when we call the number back no one picks up. Poor customer service and scamming of customers.
