I never know what to expect when calling a company I have not used before or even heard of. I called Colonial to rekey my entire house. Brexton was corteous and professional. He completed the work in a timely fashion, explained everything that was done and even asked if I had any questions. A true asset to Colonial.

Used them a couple of times before with great service. This time I feel that I was being over charged for everything. They removed a storm door lock and told me it had to be replaced, maybe an hours time, and charged me $135. They then wanted $158 for a new lock. So over $300 for a lock when I could replace the entire door for that much. After finding the make/model of the door I went to that website and ordered the entire lock for $70. So get a price up front before you let them do anything.

While leaving for work this morning my dog accidentally locked the doors to my car while he was inside, and the car was running! I had no other car key, my house key was in the car, and it was around 15 degrees outside with the wind chill! I called Colonial Lock and Key who came right out and opened the car. I was able to drop off my dog at my in laws and get to work without being too late... They saved the day! ...and my freezing fingers!
