My husband and I own an old Baltimore Charles Village rowhome with many Frankenstein patch-up throughout the years - one of them being one of the front door knobs. So when we got locked inside our own house one night and had to call for an emergency locksmith at 10 PM. Mr. Roi showed up within 20 minutes of our call, swiftly made a (free) initial assessment, and was able to follow up with appropriate repairs within the next 12 hrs. He was very transparent, responsive, and patient even when the repairs turned out to be more complicated than expected (and entailed multiple visits). The final price was very reasonable, especially considering Mr. Roi was forced to return to our house multiple times for each subsequent issue. We're very grateful for his help, and are overall very impressed with the integrity and professionalism shown by Mr. Roi in this instance. We highly recommend Cheetah 24/7 Locksmith for anyone in the Baltimore area.

Outstanding experience. Our neighbor was robbed and our spare key taken and we decided to get the locks changed right away. I called and he said he’d come right out.
