About 20 years ago I needed a locksmith for an eviction. Bear Lock was the closest geographically to the address involved. I have never regretted that call. I have continued to use Bob thru all these years....no matter what part of town he was needed in. He is very professional, always on time and his rates are very reasonable. I recommend him to anyone that is in need of his services.

In the midst of cleaning a Baltimore residence we needed to open a locked safe. The manufacturer gave us a few names.On line Bear Lock and Safe seemed best. I contacted Bobby and I can only say that I wish every business could be as professional, prompt, and courteous as this one. I needed a little schedule flexibility due to the distance to the site. Bobby not only was willing to accommodate us, he actually called to check on our approx. arrival time. He was there within 30 minutes of our arrival. His quoted price was exactly what he charged. Once he opened the safe he also was willing to help us deal with some of the more challenging contents at no extra charge. Bear Lock and Safe/ Bob DeWeese are the Best; I wouldn't use anyone else.

Had an issue with a restaurant safe not opening. I called Bob at Bear Lock and he was here within an hour. Very Friendly, knew his stuff and described all of the things that I should know about the safe keypad and what to do and not do. Very helpful, Fast and Courteous. These guys are GREAT!! Needed locks changed at my store due to a problem with an employee and these guys showed up in 15 minutes, changed all the locks ,fixed it all up , billed and done in less than an hour!! You can't get pizza delivered that fast, let alone get an emergency lock change at your business!!. Man.. couldn't ask for better service! Saturday late afternoon too.. No Problems!! Fantastic Job!

In this day and age, everyone thinks they can be a locksmith, but very few are actually good at doing the job. In fact, many of those that claim to be a locksmith lack integrity. If you need a locksmith in the Baltimore area, there are none with a higher degree of integrity or skill than Bob DeWeese.
