Just received service from Annapolis Baldino's...what a positive experience in a bad situation! Monica was able to get a tech to us in under an hour, the tech (sorry I did not get his name) was awesome; professional. kind & understanding. In under 10 minutes our keys were in hand & we awere ready to leave. Anyone needing a locksmith I suggest you call Baldino's, you won't be sorry.

Check your new keys in lock, making sure that they work “before” leaving the shop. Returning to the shop to correct a problem is not a pleasant experience!

Called main number who directed me to service line, called that number got the same person , who could not remember the technician line, called that it was a private residence. called another number from the website and was put on hold for 10 min only to be told that no one would be avail till after 5 and it would be overtime. and I stated this call at 2pm. The service is needed is within 6 miles of the shop. There is a Realtor coupon offered for lock change for clients, I can't get personal service , I surely would not provide a their service to anyone else..Disappointing ...

Well I have been to other places to have keys made. Usually the big box stores. Sometimes it seems to be a 50/50 chance that the key will work once I get to home or work. That is extremely annoying and a big waste of time. So the last two times I needed keys made I have gone to Baldino's in Annapolis. It's convenient and all of them have worked so I will continue to give them my business because I feel confident the key is correctly made. I like to have things right the first time.

i needed a spare key for my jeep. Baldinos helped me find the right one, then they cut and programmed it for half the price of what the dealership had quoted me and it only took 10 minutes. Got an extra house key too. Works Perfect! Highly recommended!

Dennis re-pinned our lockset cylinder and deadbolt cylinder quickly and cheerfully, while I waited. Lots of locks, safes, and security accessories to check out while you wait. I recommend Baldino's.

I have found Baldino's to be a major upgrade from Zelko's, its predecessor at the Annapolis location. At my most recent visit, Christine not only fixed a tricky key replacement problem, but also offered good suggestions on improving the deadbolt operation on a different house that I own.

We went to Baldino's to have a keyless entry installed. They required a $95 inspection to determine the appropriate device. The appointment window was 4 hours, an insulting contempt for our time, but then they did not even show up. We called but were just told to wait. After 6 hours, we went to the store to complain and they offered the same insultingly long window appointment, despite having wasted our time the first go round. Another customer in the store called us over and told us to go to Lance's Lock, "they're much better" she said. What a difference, Lance's evaluated the possibilities, staged the job over the phone using my measurements and photos taken with my phone. They came and installed it two days later. Take note Baldino's, that's what customer service looks like.

I ordered replacement electronic keys for a Toyota Prius. The car had to be reprogrammed for the keys but Maxx did it and they work fine.

Dealership wanted to overcharge me for a vehicle key replacement/encoding. Baldinos Lock and Key did it for less. They were knowledgeable and professional during the entire process. I can't speak for every car needing an encoded key, but I'll definitely know where to go if I have any key problems in the future.
