He was knowledgeable, friendly and the price was very reasonable. We had 3 deadbolts, one door knob (with key) and one latch door. He got her to the dealership so she could get the new "high security" key made and she was back on the road just like that! I just want to thank Bill for an outstanding job. My company is new to Greer SC and we needed new door handles and locks. I did my research and found ASAP locksmith on the web and read the reviews. I decided to give ASAP a chance and when Bill arrived for the first time his big smile and demeanor put me at ease. He walked me through the entire job and gave me different ideas like video doorbells and wireless key fob door unlocks. I had a unique situation with two of my door locks and Kurt and Bill both worked tirelessly to find parts for the existing locks. I did end up having to purchase new door hardware and then Kurt came back to install them. I hired a company out of Greenville to install an electronic strike and paddle latch. They BUTCHERED the door and could not finish the job leaving the business unsecured at 7 o'clock at night. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable over the phone and scheduled me for the next day. He provided me with a key code so that if I ever needed another replacement it would be less complicated and could be done without a locksmith having to travel to where my truck was located. In my 16 years of business, this is only the second time I've ever met a professional and knowledgeable locksmith, and the other one is in Charlotte, NC. If he tells you he can do, he means it.
