I meant to write this a while ago and forgot the gentlemen's name who came to assist me. I was in a bit of a situation with a bad roommate experience, so I needed expedited service. I purchased my own bolt and door handle locks for him to install before arrival. The person on the phone contacted the serviceman and called back fairly quickly with an estimated time of arrival. She explained that he would call me with a more exact time, depending on his appointments leading up to mine. Which he did do so and verified if it was an emergency or not. I said as long as I can get to bed by 11 your good and he laughed, and he said he would be in and out well before that and he sure was. Upon arrival, he got right to work, and we had a great conversation. The guy was super friendly and outgoing while maintaining the utmost professionalism. I would recommend his services to anyone. He also orders hard to find locks for storm doors! Thanks again dude!
