Came out in about 30 minutes was able to fix broken door knob and reuse tumbler so i still only need one key for both dead bolt and door look. Friendlyand helpful staff

I replaced the keyfob case to my 2010 Buick and somehow threw the car into theft deterrent mode which prevented me from starting it and I dont have a spare. Travis was courteous and honest and answered any questions I had. He was able to cut and program a new one for me and explained how I could reprogram my original. A whole lot cheaper than getting it towed to the dealership. I did have to wait a bit but, in fairness, he had a couple of calls ahead of me. Highly recommended, especially for his ability to deal with these types of car trouble.

I locked my keys in the car at 5 in the morning, I called 24-7 for assistance. On the initial call it went to voicemail, then immediately after the call I received a text message that said I am on the way. I responded with a text that said “wrong person, but I am in need of a locksmith.” I called back again, someone answered and told me they would have their dispatcher give me a call but would be able to help me. After waiting for 30 minutes in the cold I called back, and yet again no answer. This time however, I did not receive a text message or any sort of response or anything. For this to be a 24-7 business they certainly did not conduct business well, nor were they helpful.

I locked my keys in the car with it running, I called the lock doctor and he unlocked my car. He also made me a spare key for emergencies great for the future. Great service at a great price he got there in about 20 minutes and I definitely recommend his services to anyone that needs a locksmith. Thank you Travis
