I gave up. 3 different appointments with no shows. They won’t answer calls. I wouldn’t be so mad if they at least just gave me a call letting me know they couldn’t come up. There’s a serious difference between needing and wanting my business. They made it clear they don’t care about an don’t need anyone’s business. Pop a lock for back to me within the same day. Sadly it cost more but it’s worth waiting a few hrs an not an unknown amount of days.

I called and inquired about getting my truck unlocked because I was dumb and locked my keys in it, but a quote of 150.00 was outrageous I thought. No Thanks Tim. Slattery

Website states available 24/7... I called and got a recording stating I was 2nd in line to speak with a representative. I waited a couple of minutes and was sent to a voicemail. I left a message, and after waiting an hour for a call back and not receiving one, I called back and was connected pretty quickly. When I advised that I needed a replacement key made for a 17 Honda Accord, I was told that I needed to contact the dealer for that (front page of their website says "Call today, if you drive a newer (2000 & up):" and then lists about 30 makes of automobiles, including Honda). Luckily, I called AAA, who was able to contact Ekeys 4 Cars, who sent a locksmith to Dover, NH from Saco, ME to help.
