If all you need is basic lock rekeying or installation, they will do a quality job. However, DO NOT use this company for smart lock advice or installation as they don't know what type to buy, will mark up the price excessively, and do not know how to install or configure them correctly. They are also very slow to invoice (6 months later) on work completed.

We called ahead and spoke with Shelley who was friendly and professional. I arrived late in the day but Shelley was really great to help me out with the job I needed doing. She could easily have asked me to return in the morning but she didn't. Instead she happily accommodated me with a smile and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend this shop and will look forward to going back there when I need to in the future. Thanks. :)

Needed a locksmith for a house lock today on an emergency basis - house frozen up and locked out. He came immediately and got us in and was most gracious about it. I don't know what the charges were cause someone else paid but whatever it was it was more than worth it. Also said if he couldn't pick the lock he could make a key based on a picture of the "real" one that was far away. Something to remember and a really nice guy!

They took a bent and cracked car key, and was able to make duplicates that actually WORK!! The original key was the only one I had, and was very delicate. I called first and they checked to make sure they had the right key to make so I didn't travel there for nothing. Exceptional service Thank you

Lost my only key to my motorcycle. Shelly at the Salisbury location was so incredibly helpful and friendly, and I can't recommend this place enough based on my experience. She worked with me all morning trying to solve my problem, calling me back several times and even texting me pictures to guide me through the process...all before she even had my money. Completely reasonable prices and outstanding service.

These guys are magicians! For decades I've had them make master/slave keys for my NBPT home, remake those fancy keys for my Corvette, and when the church needed it's 100yo (HUGE) safe combination to be changed Seacoast was the only number I called. You want -these- folks to service you !

I went to get new house keys made because i had lost them. I was told to bring in a deadbolt and they would be able to make a key. A few hours later the woman behind the desk called to tell me they broke my deadbolt but i could bring in another for them to use. Told me that my deadbolt no longer worked as before and they would not do anything to try and right ot other than try to have me bring another lock. Not getting two broken. When i asked for the mistake to be rectified i was told i was being "unreasonable ". I also never write anything lile this so if you see it know its the truth and dont waste your time. I dont want anyone else to deal with the same problems and Mayne the company will see this and get its act together. Also as you can see a week after the problem they were still emailing me and giving me a hard time. What you see on here isnt the half. I have about 5 other emails from them a full week later. Their response makes it seem like they did everything possible but they did NOTHING to rectify the problem. They just wish to continue arguing and the mistake they made. I guess they think its no big deal to change the locks on your landlord. Please dont waste your time. Never knew a lock could cause so much stress.
