Kevin is exceptionally friendly and a real professional. I had him replace a lock, which through no fault of his turned out to be faulty. He came right over and fixed it, or so we thought. When it malfunctioned again, he was right out again and replaced the whole thing. The faulty lock must have blown his profit on the job, but you wouldn't have guessed it from his friendly manner and concern to make things right. Use this chap; you won't be sorry. I recommend him with no reservations whatsoever.
