These guys were great. fast and responsive with a fair price. We had a lock fail on one of our commercial buildings and they were there when they promised and instead or replacing the lock, fixed it at a lower cost. I just called them again to go help one of our commercial tenants.

People may say H&H is expensive but he provided quality service AND products. I knew nothing about the locks bought from most hardware store was a cheap junk which made sense as they often fail within a year or two. Horrible. Not until I called H&H and explained why. Very prompt, straight forward and professional. Highly recommended!

People may say H&H is expensive but he provided quality service AND products. Do not go to these guys they will rip you off! I have one of the more expensive locks, the one that requires a code, and I looked up the rates online for locksmiths. Never should you have to pay even $200 for this key. I went through AAA and first they brought me to someone who lived an hour and a half away that reasonably charged me $250 because he would have to drive. I figured that I'd wait until the morning so that they could refer me to someone closer for a better rate. They referred me to H&H which tried to get me for $400! I told them that I wouldn't pay that so I went to AAA again. AAA mistakenly referred me to H&H again and, not knowing that I was the same person, charged me $450! Do not go through H&H because they will rip you off, enough said.

This company is a rip off and do not back their own work. My mother was locked out and told them it was not an emergency she was down the street, at my house. They gave her a quote and she said ok. The locksmith came out and BROKE her lock to get in and dodnt tell her. Today, she came home and it doesn't work. They bent the inside (we got into the house through a different door). She called and he said not his fault, he wouldn't come check HIS OWN DAMAGE, unless he recharged her again and that her last fee was an emergency one. Well, she wasnt told that. So this guy is a liar, does poor work and charges to come look at his OWN DAMAGE. Stay away. I am appalled.

Troy was very helpful and offered suggestions on how to keep my home safe and secure. I would highly recommend him for any lockout or lock smith service.
