I cannot begin to thank Jim for saving us. My 4yo broke the key off in the ignition of our boat. They were at our camp in less than a half hour. Not only did they arrive on a Friday night, they took the key back to the shop, made a new key to spec and worked with it (filing etc) until it worked. After all that, he only asked for a small $$... we doubled his asking $$ gladly. My husband and I were so amazed and pleased that there are still people out there with this type of work ethic. Jim told me (after a bit of worrying that is wasn’t going to work) that in the 40 years he’s been doing this, he’s never once left someone without it fixed.

Jim I assume the owner has poor customer relations. Many inconsistencies with information conveyed pertaining to job. Gave me a quote for job at hand only finding out later that it was doubled . Also performed work not on work order ,with out any consent from me the customer !!! Would not use again !!!

I highly recommend this locksmith! The owner triaged the call to one of his workers promptly and sent Josh to my house at 11:30/12:00 pm to help me when I locked myself out! Josh was not only quick in rectifying the situation but he was kind, courteous, and very professional! I will definitely use them in the future! I recommend you call them with your locksmith needs!

So i just called this lock smith and asked him for a quote to install a lock on our bedroom door, i need a keyless lock with a remote control, i told him i was looking for a quote and he told me 120 dollars after i told him i could find a lock online for about 60, without allowing me to speak further the man on the phone hung up on me. So heres a negative review for your rude behavior.
