Let me start off by saying I believe wholeheartedly in great customer service. If I had to rate customer service alone, I would give Flying Locksmiths of New Orleans 10 stars. I had an emergency from a tenant who called me screaming because she was locked out of her unit. I called the Flying Locksmiths of New Orleans and they immediately took care of the problem. This may sound like a minor incident, but believe me it was not. The Flying Locksmiths of New Orleans made it possible for me to stay calm and not lose control. Hugh F. (the rep) was outstanding. If you need a locksmith, do not hesitate to call this company.

I was offered next day service and was contacted quickly to be advised about the expected time of that service. Another prompt phone call informed me that the technician was on his way. I had a broken deadbolt and a few other locks that were in need of repair. I set an appointment with Flying Locksmiths and they arrived on time. My locksmith was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed all three locks and gave me some maintenance tips to keep them in good form. The bill came about a week later and was very reasonable at $150. I'd recommend them over the local pop-a-lock which has been hit-or-miss for me.

The flying locksmiths ( FLS) provided an exceptional service. I had s malfunction with an exterior door lock that the door manufacturer could not help with. They had no schematic of the lock or resolution on how to open the door without destroying it. The FLS resolved they issue without destroying the door and installed a new lock system. Their service was professional and at a reasonable cost.

He even attempted to key all the locks the same, for my convience (the sliding door lock didn’t cooperate). I would certainly do business with these guys again.

I called to get a locksmith to install a new lock on my front door and within one hour Hugh came over and told me up front the lock I bought from Home Depot had been opened and obviously a return. Ends up, the lock was missing parts and would never program which why someone returned it. He took everything off and told me to exchange for a new one. Meanwhile, he went and picked a new door handle and came back and changed out everything for me . Awesome service and can not say “thank you” enough for an outstanding job!

I scheduled an appointment to get my front door re-keyed. The gentleman that was assigned to my case, Hugh, was perfectly on time and called to let me know where he was and exactly when he would arrive. The job was not as simple as I thought and required a new lock and door handle. Apparently the previous owner altered the lock!! I had an idea this might be the case and had a new set ready to be installed. High, diagnosed the problem, suggested a solution, and gave me a suggested cost for completing the job. He had to leave my house, go to the supply house to purchase materials, then return to complete the job. I fully expected a quick, botched job due to the time of the job relative to his planned schedule. I was totally impressed that he took the time to install everything perfectly. He made sure every part was flush, operated smoothly, and looked aesthetically perfect before he left. I felt guilty that he was so far behind schedule to get to other jobs. I offered to speak to his boss to describe the work he needed to do and how impressed I was. Very satisfied with the service, professionalism and work I received from Hugh. Would recommend strongly.

I called them this morning because I lost the keys to the lock on my motorcycle trailer hitch. They said their guy was on another job but would call me when en route to my house. True to their word, the tech called me and arrived shortly thereafter. Within 10 minutes he had the lock off and was very professional in appearance and manner. I highly recommend Flying Locksmiths! In all honesty I called another place first because they had more user reviews but they said the earliest they could have someone out was Monday. That was not an option as I was due to sell the trailer on Saturday.
