I got a return call from Popes Locksmith cussing me out - long story Short- he had the company I worked for confused with another business and ruined a very good business relationship. I was appalled - extremely unprofessional and rude Man... I then went with Lock Busters of Louisiana where I got accurate and friendly service. They were great. -Paige

Called to get quote and guy told me, "Fxxk You", because I said I'd call back if I couldn't find someone else to come out sooner. Very unprofessional, people like that shouldn't even be allowed to have access to someone's home, vehicle, or business. Tried to give "ZERO STARS", but it wouldn't let me post unless I chose at least one.

Mr. Pope gave me an appointment time. And I was most surprised when he showed up right on time. He had all of his tools and equipment and went straight to work. He works quietly and efficiently. I was most impressed with his finished product. I would indeed recommend him if anyone needs a locksmith. Mr. Pope will get the job done!

Very unprofessional called about getting a lock off my storage. The guy stated that due to the weather he didn't want to get out and to call pop a lock wow!!! Will not recommend anybody here

I give a star only because it would not allow me to leave a review without a star. I called inquiring about the possibility of getting a lock off my storage and the first thing he stated was I don't do cars... how about hello! Then tells me his rate and states I'm not cheap call around and find someone cheap.. then hung up in my face. Complete a**hole

Zero Stars. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He is the most unprofessional man and should not be used for any circumstances. He yelled at one of our employees who was trying to help him and was nothing but polite to him. His bill for this one time was $500 - and the problem was not fixed. He came out a THIRD time because he did not fix the problem any of the times before. At this time, he was on a phone call - on speaker - talking loudly to someone who had complained about his performance somewhere else. Stood in the open doorway arguing with this person. He then demanded that our company pay him immediately for the times before even though he never fixed any of the problems. DO NOT USE.
