Called pop a lock out to rekey my house. The person came out right away and was very knowledgeable! He did a Great job! The rekey did not take him long at all to complete. I will definitely call pop a lock again in the future!

Pop-A-Lock of Slidell, La, representative Ms. Toni answered the phone quickly, took all of my information quickly, accurately and gave me the most reasonable quote. Technician Mr. Codie’s eta was 35mins, but he arrived less than 25 mins, then unlocked my car, and I signed the paperwork all within 6 mins. Awesome customer service. I recommend to everyone everywhere!

Great professional service, went to make a purchase when coming to my vehicle notice it wasn't starting immediately process claim with my insurance provider and pop-a-lock was on the task to deliver and get me back on the road. I have been trying to get a key cut for my vehicle for days and everytime you call they say oh we don't have no one today we can do it tomorrow then when you call the next day you get the same response..... poor customer service

Today I was locked out my car at a gas station in Covington, LA. They told me my wait time was 60-70 minutes, which I was willing to wait. 3 and a half hours later, no one showed up after calling them 3 times to check to see where they were and saying they were on the way I canceled and of course then the techinician calls saying how he was so sorry and he was trying to hurry up fast. Very disappointed in their service. I had to call a taxi to come get me after waiting 3 and a half hours in the dark and cold at a gas station and then return much later to get my car after finding the spare key. Very disappointing- bad customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I locked everything in the car including my cell phone. I had to borrow a strangers phone to call pop a lock. The phone operator told me that the technician would call me right back. THIRTY MINUTES LATER the stranger waited around for me because we thought they would be calling "right back." I called a second time and the operator said the technician was on their way and they would call me right back. I waited an additional HOUR AND A HALF, no technician called and no one showed up to help. I borrowed another strangers phone and called for a third time. The phone operator said I wasn't even in the records. And then to top it all off I had to pay 54.95 for something that literally took 2 seconds after waiting 3 hours. I am not impressed.

Locked out of my vehicle after having a nice dinner with my 3 kids and husband. Enough to ruin an evening...however, called Pop A Lock and Chazz was out sooner than the ETA I was given and opened my car within 2 minutes. He saved the day and reasonably priced too especially for the evening he managed to salvage for our family. Thanks so much!

Got a quote for having a key cut for my nearly 10 year old car with no transponder...just a classic key, and was quoted $199-$299. Are you serious!?! Never will I do business with Pop-a-lock with these arbitrary and outrageously over priced services. I could buy a decent bike and would ride to Covington and back with my spare key before I paid for a $3 cut key service.

The rep or dispatcher that took my call wasnt very helpful and quite rude, but once I was in contact with John the technicion, I never had to contact her again, he let me call his cell directly and he is AWESOME!!! He was so nice, helpful and professional! I give him 5 stars! And to anybody that the dispatcher tells that you’re not in the area the cover, its not always true! They may be able to for an additional fee, just something I think is helpful and should be disclosed by the dispatcher!

Would rate a 0 if possible. Called for elderly lady who locked her keys in her vehicle and was told someone would arrive within 30 minutes. 1 hour passed and no one showed up. I called back and the receptionist said they couldn’t get a hold of the driver she wouldn’t continue to call him and give me a call back. Another hour passed and I called for an update and the receptionist said she still couldn’t get a hold of the driver. Business could have been done much better than being stood up for 2 hours.

I locked my keys inside of my jacket at work, and my locksmith, Matt, saved me from having to walk a couple of miles and having to wait on my dad to finish work. It took them about 40 minutes to get there, and they got inside of my car without the alarm going off. Sure enough my keys were there, and I gladly paid the fairly reasonable service fee. I would strongly recommend this company if you get locked out of your car, day or night.

Well, I thought I'd feel really stupid if I did not call the restaurant I had left twice for my key. But, before that I had already called pop a lock, asked who was arriving so he could say" Oh, it's you again " Thought it was a new man, but unfortunately he remembered my house from before. Can't tell all the antics I had prepared, because they are quite a funny faux pa by me. In the end, my door opened, we laughed, and he taught me two things about my vehicles operation. It was a 3 services for 1. Good deal!
