Just was referred to this company and don't waste your time. Call center said driver would arrive in 45 mins and would call me . I was given a price of $45. One and a half hours later I called back to call center . She informed me driver "attempted" to call me 3 times. I had phone on and in hand waiting. No calls were received or any missed calls on call log .She then said price would now go up to $90 .This is a scam organization and truly dishonest . I am a professional business owner and visiting Shreveport for work . I was referred by my rental car company for assistance . Would give less than a one star review if able .

My mom accidentally left the keys of our car inside the car and the engine is still running. I called their number to get our car unlocked and asks for an estimate. The employee Sara made me wait for a few minutes only to tell me that the only technician on call refuses to come to Vivian because it’s “too far out” for him! Golly! I come to the Shreveport-Bossier Area 3-4 times every week and I don’t think that the city is too far out for me!

Tobey the manager was rude asked if I wanted to wait until the next day to get service, knowing I was stranded he thought it was amusing. I over heard them talking about me and not wanting to help me, they pushed their price up to $50.00 instead of the normal $45.00. They are HORRIBLE someone should go into business and compete against them, and to top it off they want to tell me it will be 40 minutes. I asked for the manager because I could not believe what his staff persons was telling me the manger decided to belittle me and get smart. I will never use their service again please don't waste your time with this service.

The reviews that others have left obviously were submitted for the wrong business listing because these guys did an OUTSTANDING and EXCEPTIONAL job. Jim is a class act and his primary goal is to take care of you, the Customer. He made a service call for me at 7pm on Valentines Day and arrived within the hour!!!! His rate was much lower than what I had imagined and he was extremely courteous and professional. Many thanks and a huge thanks for the service you guys performed tonight.

First time ever calling pop-a-lock, apparently everyone is suppose to know the difference between a pop-a-lock and a locksmith? If I’m wrong about what type of person I needed, my apologies, but, “That’s not a locksmith, that’s a pop-a-lock”, definitely was not the best customer service response for me asking “I need a locksmith on 8700 Millicent Way”. Especially when it’s pouring rain, my keys are locked in my car, and I need to get to work. She should’ve just not even corrected me and went on with getting the information she needed. Anyway I couldn’t even explain to the lady why I was angry, she just kept telling me to cooperate. If she would’ve just been quiet and let me speak I could’ve explained to her my issue and gone on with the phone call. I also see a lot of sarcastic responses from the owner, I guess you all are just as unprofessional as each other? I’m not one to assume, but wow. Worst experience ever.

Called them on a friday...no one available to program a toyota smart key told to call back saturday morning at 8:30. Called back saturday morning at 8:30 and after a tech called me back was told he could not do it, and to call back monday morning at 8:30 the other tech would be on shift...okay so i called back and the other tech called me back. He was worried about the smartkey i bought on line (which i bought from one of the best bussiness) so he would not gaurantee his work and it would be $120.00 and i would have to meet him in town and if my new smartkey does not work then the charge would be $65.00...okay i said so when you do you want to get together i said. He said he had no idea he had a customer who has been waiting 2 hours. Oh i said...i been waiting since last friday and told him to just forget it. I took my new smartkey to the dealer(Yokum Toyota) and they programmed the smartkey and cut the blank for $65.00 and only took 15 minutes.

The company had a 3 month old baby and mother waiting for a technician to come out on a Tuesday afternoon......the company's response was, "Their ETA will be 45 mins. to an hour." Next time time I will recommend the fire department or the police department on that matter. Sincerely, What a crying shame I agree with you, the mom should have contacted the fire department. At least we know they would have responded quickly, even with all the weight required of them to wear or the police department.

Receptionist was so friendly and attentive! The technician arrived in less than half the time they estimated, and had us in our car within seconds!!! I will definitely be using pop a lock again!!! Fantastic service!!!
