I had a horrible experience today with this service. The guy showed up after the quoted time and then with insufficient materials. He had a long metal rod that he said was missing the rubber tip so the end was just metal. I have tint in my windows and the door panel is that plastic material so everytime he missed the lock, the rod hit my window and scratched my tint and the inside door panel of my car. He also was trying to pull the lock the wrong way which I told him and he told me I was wrong and continued in the manner he thought correct, continuously scratching my door panel and window. Worse service I’ve received in awhile from an incompetent technician.

This maybe a late post but I will state my cause for a 1 star. I call my insurance who got them out to my car which was at my job. I get out there this dude has already unlocked my car 1st of all!!! NEVER IN ALL MY LOCKED CAR DAYS has this happened. Than I tell him you should have came in and asked for the owner's presents "my purse was in the car". So he goes get to his truck writing and ask me to sign as responsible party " which in this case it was my insurance company " I say " oh my company got it you have the paperwork" He laughs and says your going to sign....I say really watch me and walks back to my car as I was in route he jumps out of his truck runs to my car, at that point I start running to beat him there, where my child was sitting in side. So he then see me seated in my car, runs back to his truck pulls out and block me in with his truck. At this point I am freaking out!!! I dial my husband who didn't answer than calls my co worker to come out and we both get on the phone call the cops. CRAZY CRAZY! I HOPE YOU READ THIS YOU PERSON! GET HELP PLEASE! AND POP A LOCK - YOU MAY WANT TO SCREEN YOUR PEOPLE BEFORE HIRE!

Was very polite given that my spare tire gave him problems getting out from under my car and it started raining while he was changing it... never lost his smile. He was quick and efficient. I was told the technician would be by in 25-35 minutes. 3 hours (and 10 phone calls/check-ins to find out why he is late) and the technician is still not here. Called someone else with a higher rate instead. Better get to pay a little more and actually GET someone.
