NO SHOW!!!! GOT SMART WITH ME AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!!! Early in the morning I booked an appointment to get some locks changed. My appointment was at 3pm. I called him a few minutes after 3 to see if he was still coming and he didn't even know who I was!!!! He had titally forgotten about my appointment. Then he said that he was still working on another job and would be here in 45 minutes. Still NO SHOW and when I called him back he got smart with me and hung up in my face!!! This man has no business being in business. BEWARE unless you have a whole day to waste waiting on him to not show up. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Went there yo get my 2005 Lexus key cut and program .. it’s was done quickly and very professionally .. I would definitely recommend this place to my friend and families.. prices was very reasonable.. compared to others Lock Smith.. I called the one on terry parkway , he wanted double the prices of what this guy charged .. if you need anything to go with locks and keys, this is your man..

Pop-A-Lock referred this Gentlemen. He came out to my home in less than 3 hours during Mardi Gras for an emergency redeye. GUESS WHO won't be using Pop-A-Lock to redeye? ME!!!!

While loading my car for work, I closed the door with my keys in the house. It was very early in the morning but Mr. Murdock answered the phone promptly, showed up earlier than expected and got me in my house in less than 2 minutes. The payment process was quick and easy, and the price very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again if I ever need a locksmith.
