This is a great locksmith that provided me with value from the beginning up until the end. During my phone call, I explained my situation, my budget and my location. A locksmith was sent out to my location and unlocked my car door very quickly. I would have no problems using this locksmith again. Maybe I’ll use them for replacing a few of the locks on the doors inside my home. They have known to be jammed and some of them are loose and could be reinforced. Thank you again.

One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I locked my keys in my car and called them for assistance. I was told someone would be leaving immediately and they would be there soon. I waited for over an hour outside my car. I attempted to call the business to find out the ETA and literally had to call them SEVENTEEN TIMES before someone answered. I was told they would text me the drivers number so I could reach out to them for the ETA. I never got any text message. Of course I tried to call again and sure enough NO ONE ANSWERED ME after another round of 10 calls. It was very apparent they were intentionally screening my calls because they did not want to deal with my frustration. I would never ever recommend this business for this service. I wasted 1.5 hours of my morning. I ended up reaching out to a completely different company who actually managed to arrive promptly as promised.

When it comes to needing a commercial locksmith do not call these guys. They came out and said they would be back with a part from the office and NEVER came back after making the problem worse than before. I tried to call back a second time after being told they were on the way and got no answer! Business to business this service was the worse and they should remove Commercial locksmith from their name and their website! Just to add on this review ...the guy calls me back making several serious threats to my life if I would not remove this review leading me to call the police on him! Extremely unprofessional I do not know how this company is still in business!
