Commercial door lock on building became stuck when I was closing up for the night. Aerial came after 5:00 on a holiday and had me fixed all in an hour. Great customer service and super nice guy. Will def use his services again and recommend him highly !!

Lost my car keys on Nov. 11. Called Locksmith4u on Nov. 12 and they told me they dispatched a technician that would pop the door and make me a new car key. The technician that arrived did not have the equipment to make a new key. Was charged $110 for the door being opened. I called again and they made another appointment for Nov. 13 at 6pm when I was off work to get me a new key. Technician never arrived. Called again 3 times and no answer. Finally got "Ariel" on the phone and he told me they didn't know why the technician didn't show up. Made another appointment for 6am today with Ariel (Nov. 14), was told that he would be there personally to accompany and supervise the technician and...no one showed up. Called again multiple times and there was no answer. Called Pop-A-Lock and an assistant manager technician was at my apartment within 45 minutes. Made a key in 20 min and I made it to work. I was only charged $50 for opening the door and $150 for a new key being made.

He was very professional, on time and at a great price. Pop a Lock wouldn't come out until the next day not caring that it was an emergency. 12 Stars out of 10!!! =^) I needed a fob programmed for my van. I had bought one on the net. Al (Ariel?), the Owner, (I assume because of his great customer care) programmed it perfectly the first time. I then discovered that it didn't control my windows...it didn't have the operable buttons, Al pointed out. He then sold me a new full function fob for a VERY, VERY reasonable price compared to Chrysler dealers...and immediately proceeded to program it WITHOUT CHARGING ME ANOTHER FEE. Nice guy. Very knowledgeable. Great service! Great prices! What more could you ask for? P.S. He cares so much, he even responds to these reviews!

The lady that answered the phone wasn't very pleasant but when the locksmith called me he was extremely nice. He told the service fee and he would come out. I agreed. He did not disclose all of the fees until he was at our residence. I was not home. He gave my husband a quote over $300. Then I told him no. He dropped the price and after taxes and fees we still paid almost $280! I do NOT recommend this service provider!!!

I randomly stumbled upon these guys when I lost my last bmw key. They made me a new one and reprogrammed it in a couple of hours. They also deleted the old key out of my car’s security system so nobody would be able to use it to start my car should they find the key. Al was extremely nice and provided first class service. l had a sticking car lock on my Toyota truck that wouldn't open all the time. I called them and setup a time to come in with Al. I removed the lock myself brought it in to get fixed. They got it done in a short period of time and at a reasonable price too. He was very friendly and I even snapped a bolt while working on my truck waiting for them finish and they helped me get the stuck bolt out for no charge. Very good group of guys, I'd highly recommend them.

Awesome service, fast and reliable. Ariel was more than accommodating in coming to change out 5 door sets on a business that was just purchased, at 8pm at night. He even helped secure an interior door with screws for us and came back the next day to grind a metal gate to make sure the deadbolt fit snug. He is my go to locksmith now, hands down.
