I called them over so they could program my Ford expedition key because the anti theft system was activated they came took $ 110 from me and tried to program it but didn't work worse service I ever had I took my truck to Ford and they fixed it in a day

Lousy. Oh they got out to the service station quickly however it was a rip off. Told me the cost was $50. Asked to pay her $40. She demanded $45. My phone was locked up in truck or I could have called around to get a better price which I saw at PopALock for $19.95. Guess what hurt so badly was that I told her we were on the way home and didn't have much money and would have to scrap it together to get it. I had no choice. My husband's anti-rejection medicine which he has to have due to his recent liver transplant was even locked in truck. Now we barely have enough to get him to his dr appointment Monday. Price gouging and no compassion. Along with a smirk on her face. The only reason I gave her one star was because I was able to get into my truck. Plain and simple.

Ms. Melissa is a good and honest Christian women that loves what she does. I gave her a five star rating cause she get the job done with kindness. It don’t matter what time of the day when you need a key to be made are to program a keyless remote. It could be in the middle of night are as early 1am-6am in the morning. Give her a call and she will be gladly to assist your needs. I would recommend her to anyone who need help. Ms. Melissa you doing an awesome job keep up the good work.

what great service! I managed to lock myself outside of my own car while it was running under my own carport. I had cancelled my Onstar about a year earlier so Onstar couldnt help me. I went on Google and was hoping to find a nearby "Pop-A-Lock" dealer. Instead I found "Keys on Wheel" which had a close location to mine. They answered and got to my house within an hour, more like 40 minutes only. It only took seconds to open the door and it only cost me $60. This happened on the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend.

I have a 2002 beetle volkswagen and I'm very displeased with this business. She charged me about hundred dollars to make a key for my car and it worked maybe a day. I wish she would have told me she couldnt make the key instead of ripping me off. I wouldnt recommed this locksmith if you have a foreign vehicle.

Called about key service for a vehicle and the person on the phone was rude and would not let me speak and told me to shut up and listen. With that being said they will never do work for me I don’t care how cheap their prices are!!!!!

Very unprofessional over the phone. No introduction by whoever answered the phone, so I had to ask who I was speaking with after introducing myself by name. The rep said, "Who you trying to call?". Really? You're a business and your making me jump through hoops just to verify that I'm calling a locksmith? I said, "a locksmith". She replied as if I should have known, "Well this is a locksmith." Riiiiight. I said nevermind and hung up. Bad feeling right off the bat is not how I do business. I verified that the number I called was correct. First impressions are critical.
