But when I called Discount Car Unlocking the owner, Greg came out himself all the way to Moss Bluff to unlock my car. I can’t thank them enough! Such great service and at a great price! I definitely recommend this company!

I locked myself out of my truck while it was steady drizzling. Main reason I was freaking out was because I had been sick with a cough and fever the last couple days and our jackets were left inside the truck. Both my kids were with me, getting all the mist coming down. (It was a beautiful sight to say the least, especially being right next to the water) but it was also feeling a bit chilly. Being that we were all getting wet. After I called the gentleman at Locksmith lake Charles. He said it would be a bout 15 to 20 min and gave me a great price I told him to come and save us.

I called pop a lock first bad mistake. They left my hanging for 2 hours and 30 min. When I called again for the third time pop a lock said they couldn’t get in touch with the tech and wouldn’t be coming. I said bad bad for business and thanks for the call back I didn’t get. I called discount car unlocking. Very perfetional business. The guy said he’d be here from Lake Charles in 20 min. He called said he was almost here and showed up on time. I locked my dads keys in his rental, and immediately called. Mr.Breaux was at my house within 20 minutes (I live in south Lake Charles and he was currently in Westlake). He showed up, I showed him the truck and he immediately went to work. Our whole interaction lasted about 10 minutes and that’s with him unlocking the truck AND scan my card. Also he saved me a trip to the bank to get cash! They accept cards and even have a card reader. The whole experience was so simple and easy, I would recommend anyone who locks keys in a vehicle. Mr. Breaux also made me feel at ease how he takes about the whole thing and that it wasn’t to bad that stuff like that happens. Thank you
