I have used the Delach locksmith quite a bit in the past years. Never had an experience like I had today. I was not greeted when I walked in, I did all of the greeting as if I was the owner and they were the customers. This service continued to plummet downhill from there. Horrible,horrible I will not be back and I don't recommend to anyone.

These guys are great! I accidently locked the keys inside a small personal safe. Since it is a tubular pin tumbler lock, I assumed that it would have to be drilled out and the safe destroyed. They were able to open it with specialized tools and a great deal of patience. Fair, reasonable, friendly and they even made me an extra key.

They can make keys, rekey locks, unlock cars, and repair locks. Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to hear what you need. They will even go out and meet you wherever you are needing key services. I won't go anywhere else for keys.

I will never recommend them to anyone. I've heard rumours on their service for many years, but only used them because of how close they are to work during lunch. Don't call and ask for information because you may be misled. I called asking if they could cut me a key with my oem new blank and the key code tag that came with the motorcycle. I was told yes and to bring them. Once there, another employee, the taller guy, tells me they don't cut them with codes and that I have to bring the motorcycle and leave it with them. After me REPEATING what I was told on the phone, he asks another employee standing a couple feet away and apparently that one confirmed what I said. He then seemingly grudgingly goes behind their security glass office and comes back out and cuts a cheap key blank for me to try on the bike. He says if it works they will cut my oem key. Then he said it will be $30 total. I was very happy and told them thanks and left. Returned today because the blank key worked. I asked the young guy if he can cut the oem key with my code as well. ( because that will make it closest to original) The older guy in back hears me and mumbles they will charge another $30 to do that, and that the copy of the key blank will be just as good. I told him go ahead, since I have no other choice at this point. After spending approximately one minute copying the key, the young guy says "that will be $2" This place is so petty, he literally was keeping my own key blank in his hand until I agreed to pay. I told him "really? I was told $30 total" the old guy says "just give him the key.." I told him "No, I will pay your two dollars" I then told them I understand why the rumors exist and that now I know why. They practically ignore you when you come in then try and play people for fools. Ridiculous. He could have told me $32 total the previous visit and it would have bee fine, bit going by how he was too petty to cut the second key by code I can see where the extra little bit of money they could bleed from you falls into place. Also, unless they are mobile OK Saturday and Sunday, the 24/7 listing is incorrect. If you go to their shop Saturday or Sunday the open sign is lit up but doors are locked with no vehicles anywhere and inside lights are off.
