BRUNSON'S was great when I was down to the last functioning key for my car. While the auto dealership wanted several hundred dollars + $$ for programming, Brunson's was able to make a spare for less than 20% of that! Not many places in town do laser cut car/chip keys, so I was so happy to find these guys! I was in and out quickly, and they had great customer service. Close to Tony's Seafood.

Over the years we have used Brunson Safe & Lock Co. on many occasions to either to install locks on new doors or replace existing locks. We have always been extremely satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work. He also installed all of the locks on our new office when it was built. Again, the work was excellent and finished in a timely fashion. I would recommend Bill Brunson for any type of lock work that you would need.

Mr. Brunson came to our home today to change some locks. When I made it home, Mr. Brunson was finishing up and I could tell my husband was satisfied with the service provided. I was in Mr. Brunson's presence only briefly but he was so warm and friendly. When he left my husband shared that Mr. Brunson smiled often while he was at our home, he was professional, had great prices and even did a couple of things for us at no extra charge. We would definitely use this company again!

Horrible Horrible service. They re-keyed and re-programmed my Volkswagon Beetle, The first time put in the wrong code car would not start they left . Called the office back, got an arrogant wokrer that said "We did all we can do, I dont know what you want us to do about your problem" .. Five minutes later Tommy called back, the technician, he then came back, He reprogrammed it again and left. After he left, I went to leave in the vehicle, THE FAN AND TRANSMISSION WERE NOT WORKING AT ALL. I CALLED THEM BACK AFTER CALLING WOUTHPOINT VOLKSWAGON AND SPEAKING TO 3 MECHANICS. THEY ALL TOLD ME THAT IT NEEDED TO BE REPROGRAMMED AND THAT IT WAS IN LIMP MODE OR SAFE MODE. (200.00) TO REPROGRAM IT. MR BRUNSON... CALLED ME BACK AND TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM. SO NOW IM OUT $220.00 FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED ON MY CAR . MY CAR WILL NOT RUN AT ALL. I WOULDNT USE THEM AGAIN IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT, NOR WOULD I RECCOMEND ANYONE ELSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS..NOT TO MENTION THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ..Just read the response What a lie... I told you I would call Volkswagen and have a 3 way conversation and you hung up in my face... WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TOMMYEVERYBODY THERE WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE. IN FACT WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM THE CAR WASNT WORKING MTR BRUNSONS RESPONSE WAS :"this is the last damn time we work on volkswagons!! II HAD TO END UP SELLING THE CAR FOR 500 BECAUSE IT WOULD COST MORE TO HAVE IT REPROGRAMMED BY VOLKSWAGON. AND JUST FOR THE RECORD, I RECORDED OUR CONVERSATION SO I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS SAID. YOUR LYING ABOUT VOLKSWAGEN AND YOU KNOW IT. AS I SAID WHEN I SUGGESTED CALLING THEM ON A CONFERENCE YOU HUNG UP IN MY FACE. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS IF YOU USE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CLOWNS, YOUR MAKING A BIG MISTAKE. BY THE WAY I CALLED ABOUT 4 OTHER LOCKSMITHS IN THE BATON ROUGE AREA TO TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY ALL APOLOGIZED FOR YOU AND SAID YOU ALREADY HAD A BAD REPUTATION. ...CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY IM NOT FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOU.
