Horrible service I had been calling them since 12 that day 1st it was call me round 4. Then that became call Len back around 530. 530 turned to 630 then at which I gave my information to come to my apartment and they said they would call when they were on there way. They called me one time when they was outside my apartment in which I told them call me before they came my way I called back several times to no answer.

It is sad that the owner gets on here and call reviews fake and denying information. Sad business practice, very sad. Don't see other good places doing that, they may answer questions and try to satisfy said person or find out what was wrong, then try to fix it for future reference, but not this. Notice how refers to the really bad ones as fake but never addresses the good ones and thanks them or tells them to come again or to leave feedback or anything. I for one am someone who looks at these things when evaluating a service and determine if I will recommend them or use them, so far, I would not.

Was told they had no blanks until the next day then they hung up while I was locked out of my truck in The parking lot. Now the owner is calling my review a fake lol. A blank key is one that is un-cut you dunce you'd think you'd know this when you're the owner. When I asked for my key to be made I was told he wouldn't be getting anymore blanks until the next day .

I was so frustrated with this company. They said 30-45 minutes but showed up 3 hrs later. I didnt even make a issue of the time because I really just wanted to get back on the road but they broke the key off into the lock cylinder trying to force it to work. I was highly upset and then on top of that they tried to charge me still. I had to call Pop A Lock out to get me going. I would not recommend After 6 Locksmith to my worst enemy.

A good and l experienced company. My key was broken and I should've replaced it long before yesterday, but I didn't. Called After 6, they came out and replaced it with another one, program it to my car and was done. Didn't take an hour. I'd use this company again if needed because the price was good, and the people were nice.

Would not recommend to anyone. Showed up 30 minutes past scheduled time for the appointment. Took over an hour trying to make a key for my car and after failing to do so they just pulled off. No I'm sorry we couldn't get it done or anything. Very unprofessional.

Told them 3 times the kind of vehicle I had. Steve showed up 4 hours late higher than a kite and didn't have the right key for my vehicle and I still had to pay the $15 fee for him to show up.

My boyfriend called this company a week ago and had my fob replaced. Yesterday, I get out of my car at work, attempt to lock my car by pressing the lock button and the key falls apart in my hand. IN HALF. All the contents fall out including the chip. I call the company from my boyfriend's phone and they forward it. I try a few mor times and they continue to forward his calls. I call from my phone and they imedeatky pick up. By this time my boyfriend and I have drove to their "office" turns out it is an empty lot with a for lease sign. I tell them exactly what happened and ask them to fix it and Lynn tells me he's never heard of that before and asks me if I ran over my keys. Really? I explain to him that I have no reason to lie and I just want my key fixed. He tells me that he is not accusing me of lying, he just wants to make sure I haven't intentionally broke my key. They say they will call me back and let me know if they will fix my key. Well I've been calling all day and no answer. This company is a joke. If I had the extra money I would have filed a lawsuit already. Your company is a joke. You all have the other half of my receipt and can even recall coming to fix my key. If you would have fixed it the first time there would be no need for a receipt! And also if I had found the receipt, you wouldn't answer my calls so you would have never known. Please don't waste your time or money on this company.

Guy came out in the rain and had no complaints. Got me two new keys to start my car and a dummy key to open it for an affordable price. He was a very pleasant to be around guy and seemed very knowledgeable about the lock smith business. He made the keys and did the code changing in a little under twenty minutes. I was expecting the price and the labor time to be much longer than it was, but he was in and out! I really appreciated his service and one hundred percent would recommend this company to anyone in need of a new key to start their car, a way to get into your locked car, or anyone that needs any sort of automotive key. 5/5 star business.
