i just wanted to stop by and say thank you so much to airborne locksmith service , they are the best at what they do and do it in such a respectful way . i guess thats what our military in the great united states provides is not only soldiers but great outside civilians as well. before just a few hours ago my wife hadnt driven her car in a month , we had called another locksmith in shreveport/bossier area and they basically gave us the runaround twice made us buy parts we didnt need and most of all wanted MORE MONEY and when i tried to call back the phone was disconnected and the girl would not give me the owners name or number. but i ended up calling another locksmith and he recommended airborne to help me out and he couldnt have been more rite they were awesome !! thanks again glen for helping my family and i get back on the road :)

Very knowledgeable about his line of work. He was unable to unlock the lock with his tools so he ordered new ones so he could avoid drilling the lock open. Todays experience was great! I needed my locks on my new home rekeyed. Airborne Locksmith was at my door in under 30 min and had the job done within an hour (rekeying all four of my locks including my sliding glass door). He probably would have been done sooner if I wasn't bothering him with lots of questions (that he didn't mind answering). The price was more than fair, and I received a military discount! Glen came out to Minden to get me into my church bus, made 3 spare keys on site, and gave a church discount (that was not expected)...and the total cost was literally 1/4 of what another popular Shreveport locksmith was going to charge. I would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone in need of a locksmith and I will use them again for any lock needs that I personally or the church needs in the future.

Maybe it was just coincidence, or maybe they are just that good. I'll go along with the latter. Keyless entry vehicle with a push to start and somehow the keys got locked inside while the car was running. Nonetheless, these guys received my call, got to my location, unlocked my vehicle, handed receipt back all within 15 minutes. Locksmiths have always been the bane of my existence, but not these guys. Plus they are veterans from serving in the army and air force, so naturally ill continue to use them of I get into another sticky situation with any locks

Lost key to my 2004 chevy ssr and no one in town but the dealer ship could help me with making a new key and they wanted a lot of money. Airborne made me a new key from the key code for over half what what the dealer ship wanted. Thank you so much it worked perfect. Great service and nice people.

Horrible experience avoid at all costs. Charged me 250.00 and didn’t do what was promised. Said he was going to program the transmission on my Land Rover and charged me 250.00. Then I find out from Land Rover the transmission can’t be programmed. He kept the 250.00 avoid at all costs
