Initially delivered the wrong product. When I returned to retrieve the correct product my initial receipt which was stapled to the original bag was not retrievable even after calling ahead and being told I would be able to get it. I was not warned that this overpriced lock was so difficult to install that a costly technition would be required install this lock.
