I was in Bowling Green locking up my shop at 127 Dishman Lane. We own a DENT Repair Business and our shop is extremely important to us. When I put my key into the lock it just kept turning and turning. I called our Landlord and he was in Ecuador. He gave me a name and number of a company to call. I called and they said they were at another job and would call me back soon. I waited for over an hour. No response. I started calling around to other Locksmith companies. Two others were completely booked for the next 3 days. I tried BG Locksmith and Tim answered. I told him my issue and he said he could arrive in 15 min. which he did! He told me he could fix the deadbolt and wouldn't be long at all. I was so happy he came so quickly, he worked quickly and my deadbolt is now fixed! Our shop is secure and I was able to get on with my day and not have to waste any more time! I would HIGHLY recommend BG to anyone! Wonderful job TIM! Thank you!

My job requires us to use a work vehicle for events, and for whatever reason our key decided to stop working altogether. We could not use the electronic functions, nor use it in the physical lock space. BG Locksmith had someone over within 45 minutes, and unlocked our vehicle. The charge was $50, well worth us getting our work vehicle back. Now all we have to do is fix that lock!
