After a long day being out, my grandson & I came home & realized we were locked out. I called a few locksmith numbers & Colby from Leading Locksmith called me back within just a few minutes. He was very professional & courteous. Said he was finishing up another job & could be at my home within 30 minutes. He called me when he was about a mile away just to let me know he was almost there. It took him only a few minutes & he explained what he was doing as he was working so I didn't have any concerns about damage to my home. Was told by the dispatch that it was a $20 service fee and with what we described shouldn't be much more than $60 total. Took him less than 2 mins to pop the lock and then we were charged $130. Heck the tools he used are $25 on Amazon and $20 at lowes or Home depot. If you do the math that's $3900 an hour. Do yourself a favor and watch YouTube

I had a horrible experience a technician named Mari came 45 minutes late to unlock my car which she quoted me $156 plus $19 for her to come out and then I told her that was outrageous so she said she called the company to give me a discount but I watched her and she never even touched her phone then she came back and said she can give me a 10%discount if I give them a five star review that was a total bait and switch which I found out that this company is hiring outside contractors and they are getting paid with percentages. So I want you guys to be aware. I sent her away without paying anything in which she threatened to put me in collections for not paying the $19.

Alex, a super nice guy, helped me get into my locked car, took about 5 minutes including the time for payment. I got ahold of the company through a 3rd party, so it was incredibly expensive for the 30ish minute drive it took him to get to me and the 5 minutes it took to get into my vehicle. Really wish I would have taken my time finding a cheaper option, the cost to get into the car was about a quarter of my old vehicle’s value. I don’t know what price it would have been if I would have called them direct, but was told that it would have been cheaper, and I’m sure that is probably right.

He was kind, polite and spent a good 15 minutes showing my kids how the key chip works and how he programs them. We ended up having a great conversation about our favorite place to visit (Israel). While we went to dinner in our grandson's car, a power surge had disabled our garage door opener and we did not have a house key with us, so we were stranded outside in the dark on a rainy evening. I recently retained your services. Evan Ross was the technician that was sent out to unlock my vehicle. Evan was onsite within 15 minutes of me calling your company. He was very professional and had my vehicle unlocked very quickly. Evans service went above and beyond in the days after the date of service. He was also tasked with a very difficult job, as my belt lock is literally over 40 years old.
