Called Kansas Discount Locksmith this morning at 9:30 am to rekey three of my deadbolts. They promptly told me the approximate quote and the time range of when they'll arrive. $25 service call + $24-$28/lock....really good deal! They called 20 mins before arriving and came around 12:30 pm. He came in and introduced himself, and went straight to work. He quickly dismantled all the deadbolts in 5 mins, went to his truck to rekey, and came back to install it in 5 mins. The whole visit was perhaps only less than 20 mins, super impressive. I'll be sure to call them again if I ever have any lock problems!! Great and quick service!

Kansas Discount Locksmith gave me a quote over yelp messenger this morning. I got quotes from several local competitors and he had the best price BY FAR. I called them around 3:30 and got a voicemail. I left a message and a gentleman called me back within 2 minutes. He confirmed the estimate I had received earlier and said he was actually in my area if I was available. Of course I agreed. Within a minute of hanging up with the first gentleman, I got a call from him saying he was only 5 min away. Wow! So fast! I have to admit I was not prepared for how quick they were. I had to go buy a replacement lock and he did not mind waiting patiently for me. Such nice people, such amazing quality service. 5 stars is not enough for them. Truly wonderful!

It was great that they even answered on a Sunday, even more so the fact that they came out on a Sunday! There were no extra fees for the Sunday work, and I thought it the service call charge was extremely reasonable. In my first experience with them, one of the staff of Kansas Discount Locksmith came to me and after nearly 2 hours, they could not program my key because of the FOB itself (my fault since I had provided the FOB). They did not charge me for the time even though it was my fault. Amazing!

Called these people for a lockout with car running. They promised a technician would arrive in 15 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes called the technician only to learn that he was lost because his GPS system had failed. After learning his location and giving him turn by turn directions to my location, I still had to go to the street to guide him to my location, easily seen from the street. To my shock the bill was nearly $200. Maybe I was making his car payment for the Mercedes Benz sedan he pulled up in. Would not recommend. Unprofessional and overpriced.
