I had a terrible experience. I truly believe I was ripped off. A very unfriendly tech. quoted me one price then nearly doubled it when he got here. I caught him in 2 lies when he tried to explain why he was charging so much. Then he settled for nearly $100 less since it was cash. He then tells me to call him direct next time and it will be cheaper. To be fair the last time I used Gregs I had a much better experience. Ill shop around next time.

I accidentally set up a secondary MyKey without the master on my Ford. Greg's was able to reprogram my key, an provide me a spare for a fraction of the cost of Ford's Service Center. Very thankful to be able to listen to music again full volume and reset my tripometers. Anyone who has done this will understand my frustration.

I needed a privacy lock replaced on a bedroom door today and Greg's Lock & Key sent their locksmith, Darrell, out to the house within 2 hrs of my call. He quickly replaced the lock, answered my questions about another door we were having a problem with and was on his way in under 20 minutes -- and the charge for the service was almost half what another locksmith quoted! I highly recommend this business!!

Very kind and compassionate about the situation, very fast response (they were here less than 15 minutes after a friend paid for me over the phone), nonjudgmental. The guy who came out made me feel way less embarrassed about getting locked out (just moved into a new house and the garage door clicked into lock when I shut it behind me) and was so nice that it made the whole situation way less stressful and frustrating. Program and cut a Dodge Challenger key come to find out it had remote start took it back they switched it out and reprogrammed a new key no cost to me they had to eat $160 key and did not charge me for it. great company I would strongly suggest using them. Country Campers :)

Fast, friendly, clean and professional people. Good prices. 5 years ago I had a spare key made for my pickup at a Dodge dealer. It's a chipped key so it must be matched to the pickups computer. I had a key so all they had to do was copy it and program it. One key, $209, and I was there for 2 hours waiting, five years ago. Greg's today: I had lost my last key so we had nothing to copy. I could only unlock my truck with a Fob I had. Estimated early afternoon, and would call when they had a more precise time. Called before noon to see if about 20 minutes was too soon. Awesome! Yes come on over. Arrived on time, made 2 chipped keys and one key that would only unlock the door in less than 20 minutes! So two chipped keys and a mechanical key in less than 20 minutes, $189. Your price may vary due to vehicle type and how far they have to travel to get to you but this is a very good price in my opinion for what I received and the timely and professional manner in which I received it. Thanks Greg's!

Bought a key fob for my Nissan when I lost my original. They came out and programed a new key fob quick. After a few days the key fob didn't work to unlock/lock doors or start car without plugging into car. Called and said we had a 6 month warranty and to bring it in anytime. We eventually found our old key and brought them both in. They were nice enough to program both and we were on our way.

I lost my coded van key. Called up and frantically explained what happened. Greg was so nice, came to the house and after a few attempts and van not cooperating Greg left went and got a older machine that was able to pull the code. Greg was very determined to get the key for us, he even had to use a machine that costs him to use it, but he didn't care he just wanted to help us, and he did! The older machine worked pulled the code, made my key, and got my hubby on his way to work. He didn't even charge us extra!!!! So so nice, great service.

Our commercial door was broken--it wouldn't lock. The local shop where we bought it quoted $650 minimum, depending on parts needed. Greg's did it for $109. The whole experience (the phone call, the serviceman, the amount of time taken, and the result) was a great one!

A big name moving company tried to move a gun safe for me, they failed. The moving company had no concerns with moving it and stated "we've moved three this week". Not only did they cause damage to the safe, they caused significant damage to my home with torn carpet, broken woodwork, and gashed sheetrock. They left the safe lying on my steps and hired Greg's to come get it moved. I wish I had hired Greg's for this to begin with! Very professional.

Very responsive and fast. Was lifesaver when we left keys in another state. The only thing I will say is that we called them on Sunday and weren't willing to come out. But did respond on Monday and were out there by 10am.
