Had keys locked in car so called this place. Dispatch told me he could be there in 15 min. 7 min later Stephen pulled up and not long after that car was unlocked! Very fast, polite and convenient experience. Would recommend to everyone.

I experienced a flat tire on NYE (near HY Vee on Westown Parkway) and called my insurance company for roadside assistance. They sent Rescue Patrol, who came on time and was amazingly helpful to me!! Stephen was friendly and changed my tire in -20 weather. He even followed me to Kum & Go to fill my other tire up because he wanted me to be safe. I appreciated his genuine concern for my safety!! My only complaint, I wish he had warmer gloves to account for the weather!!

I locked my car door while my car was running, the lock for my car is in the middle not the side so i hit while closing my door. I called a dozen places and everyone was telling me it'll be a long wait to get someone to come out. I called rescue patrol and they asked me where I lived and showed up less than 15 minutes and took less than 5 minutes to unlock my door. I would call them again, if I ever lock my doors again. Thank you!! I ended up being late to work by 30 minutes but I was worried I would be more than an hour late. This place was a life saver!!
