NOT a full service locksmith. As if locking my keys in my trunk with 2 small children wasn't bad enough, the woman who answered the phone treated me like I should have known they didn't service vehicles she acted irritated and hung up without saying goodbye, all I said was I locked my keys in my trunk and was about to ask their rate and she cut me off and said "we don't do cars" and hung up as I was trying to apologize and ask if she did know a business that did. Maybe I read it wrong but I thought it said on Google that they were Full locksmith service...

This is a great family owned business that we used to help with a unique challenge related to an antique built in safe. They went above an beyond. It was refreshing to see the old owner with the young team. They respected him and his expertise. They always said yes and no sir to the owner and to my wife and I. You do not find this much anymore! Exceptional service. We called for a problem with one of our push button safes. They were able to send a technician within an hour and the problem was resolved very quickly.Everyone from the lady who scheduled to the technician were very nice and professional. Called J&J Locks for a locksmith call at 10:53 this morning because we had left on vacation and accidentally locked the door between our house and garage, which was the to be used by our dog sitter. Brandon (I believe), who I talked to said he would not be able to get someone out until 1 PM, so I had him go ahead and put us on the calendar and told him I would try to contact another locksmith and if I got one that could make it sooner, I would call him back and let him know. He confirmed I was on the schedule for 1PM. Around 12:50 I called to make sure a locksmith technition was on his way, and at that time I was notified by a different woman who answered the phone that I was never put on the schedule. She then handed the phone to Brandon who said it was my fault because I should have called earlier and notified him that no other locksmiths were able to make it and completely denied my ever booking the appointment. At this point I had to have a friend come over and break through the door because our dog had already been inside for way too long no without food or water. I highly recommend Bettendorf N&S Lock, who my company has used on several occasions in the past and is completely strait forward about whether they will be able to make it or not.
