Was in desperate need of a locksmith. My boyfriend lost our apt key and the landlord wasn't answering the phone. We called All-American at maybe 6pm. Nobody answered the phone and I left a message. I was expecting a call back within maybe a half hour or so--after all--this business DOES advertise to be 24 hours. We never received a call back. Luckily we found another locksmith in the area that showed up within 20 minutes. I don't understand why you would advertise yourself as a 24 hour business for "emergencies" if you weren't going to fulfill that promise.

Great service! Locked my keys in and had a dead battery. AAA sent out a tow truck driver who tried and failed to open the door. Law enforcement tried and couldn't either. This guy is truly a lifesaver! I lost my second set of car keys, and when I called the local dealership they said to replace them it would cost up to $400. I'm a recent college graduate and I could not afford that, so I called All-American Lock and Key. I explained my situation and they were at my car within the next 24 hours. It only took him about 15 minutes to complete the task, and he was very kind. The dealership tried to convince me that locksmith's cannot make new car keys, because they have to "program" your specific car. This is obviously false, he turned my car on with the key and locked my car with it as well--showing that it worked. His price was way less than HALF of what I would have paid at the car dealership. If anyone ever loses their car keys, this place is the place to go! I highly recommend it and if I ever have problems with keys again he will be the first person I call.

Locked my keys in my car when it was -10 with -35 wind chills. They were very friendly when I called and were up front with exactly how much it would cost to come get the door open. They were to my location within minutes of hanging up the phone. Payment was super easy with the ability to pay by card or by check. It seriously took like 30 seconds for him to pop the door open, and there wasn't a single scratch on the car. Very friendly and professional. He was able to fix one of our doors on the spot by drilling a larger hole for the lock so everything would fit to the standard size. He was done within an hour and both locks look great. I quickly realized if I messed up, I'd ruin a very expensive door. So I called All-American Lock & Key and the owner had it installed in less than 15 minutes! He then fixed another door that was hard to lock at no additional charge. Prompt, courteous service at a fair price, it doesn't get any better than that.

They wouldn't be able to come for an hour, so I tried calling another local company-only to find out that would it would cost $135!! It was late at night and I called All-American back and they were able to come in about half an hour and it only cost me $55. They were very professional and nice. I would highly recommend them!!
