LMAO! Drove 30 minutes to Ft Wayne because website said they make keys for my Fiat Pop only to find out they don't have ability to do so. Attendant was helpful in recommending another locksmith who MIGHT be able to help. I recommend you call before making the trip to find out they can't help you.

I'd give it a -5 stars if it was possible. Update: got in contact with the manager or whatever he is and i asked if they were going to replace my key they messed up. And never heard back from them. Make sure they can do the job otherwise you'll be stuck with a useless key. You can see in the pic how the left one is off center.

Ok so I wrote a review earlier but it didn’t touch on the problems so I am now editing this. So earlier today I locked my car key in my car, I looked up auto locksmiths since I realized not all locksmiths work on car locks. So I messaged the keyless shop at Sears and they first responded in a timely manner asking me where the car was located and I gave them the address. Then about 10 to 15 mins go by and they ask if I need them so I text back yes. I never heard anything again. I sent a couple of texts no response so at 3pm they finally get back to me saying sorry that they were busy , so no text saying I’m sorry but if you don’t mind waiting I can’t leave till it’s cleared or anything no just leaves me in the blank. So while this is all happening we needed them so we could get a family member to the hospital. So almost 4 they text saying sorry we are short staffed and that it’s really busy being Saturday. So then they say he’ll need another hour or so and that he’s call. Never heard from him. First of all I work short staffed all the time but we know about customer service and the lack of communication is a big problem. If you couldn’t help because of being to busy then you should have text me that. I ended up using another locksmith who was here in 10 mins professional, quick and very friendly.

Message them and tried calling them and I got nothing. Really disappointed.this was done Tuesday. When the weather was not that bad yet. It it was just a simple question. Got it taking care of with one call and the other lock Smith answered first try and will even come to my house. Plus I called them today he was not rude at all.

Charles was great. They even stayed late and had to figure out how to make our unusual circumstances work. Friendly and reasonable prices. We had to replace our ignition it came with 2 new transponder keys, and didn't know until after replacement that it requires a special scan tool to program the keys, but ours had an error message, they re cloned the keys to make it work then it program fine, and now problem solved. Thank you. Update on another visit, another car. Another visit, 5 star, we learned from our first experience that we run into the same problem again, replacing an ignition, on a dif car, so we contacted keyless shop at Glenbrook and was so relieved that Charles answered again and remembered our exact previous experience. This time we did the same as before and cloned the old key transponder onto the newly replaced ignition keys. It was very nice that he remembered and I didn't have to explain what we needed. We bypassed needing to bring the car in and paying for the special scan programming. Fast. Simple. Fair price. Friendly. Thanks Charles, we will continue to recommend you!

I’ve been to the Keyless Shop at Sears three times now, and they’ve treated me well each time. I was referred there by a guy at Lowe's who didn’t have the necessary blank for an obscure, old house key I needed. These guys had the blank that I needed in stock and were able to cut it for me. The most recent time I was there, they saved me a lot of money on spare chip keys for my Dodge minivan. The dealer across the street told me that the only option available was a $275 fob. The Keyless Shop offered a fob for half that price, but then they also offered to sell me a simple chip key for even less (i.e., no buttons: just the key with the chip). Their price made me happy, but what really impressed me was the fact that they gave me two options for my Dodge van whereas the Dodge dealer offered me only one. Thank you, guys!

I lost my key while coaching a football camp out in Harlan so I called everywhere trying to get someone to come out to make me a key. Every place I called either tried scheduling an appointment a few days out or just didn't pick up. The keyless shop at Glennbrook came out to save the day! I was so thrilled!! Charles made the key right in front of me and my girlfriend. It was honestly so cool not only to watch the process but also to witness the pride Charles had in his job. Super cool service, super cool guy!

Ok here the deal with the keyless shop. The prices are better there than anywhere else in town. So dont bother looking around for any cheaper deals. The guy there are super cool and make it a painless process and so what ever they can to make it work for you. 500 Stars

These people accept jobs of work they don't even do. They also try and call local competitors and try to hustle them to do the work for them. They have a bad reputation in the community and a bad reputation with their competitors. For what they can do, they are very overpriced vs an ACTUAL locksmith! Move on and you will be very happy and so will your pocketbook!

Bought a fob for our 2015 Santa Fe. Got it programmed and the fob works great, for price. The key blade didn't work, they said they'd order another and cut it for us. I couldn't get them to call me back. Each time I called to ask if it was in, they were very polite and took my name and number and never called me. My call log shows I've called them 19 times, and they've called me zero times. If you can't get it, you can't. If I need to pay more, fine.

I went out last night after a stressful couple weeks of work. My key fob had broken open on the walk home and I spent all last night searching for it in the cold. I woke up this morning bitter, but I discovered Charles and the Keyless shop. He really took care of me. My day is so much better, now I can make it back to work on Monday. It all was taken care of in the same day! I highly recommend this place.

Copied, programmed, and tested laser cut 2014 Honda Civic key for $125 in about 15 minute. Also ordering valet key for $60. Very friendly. Definitely recommend.
