I made an appointment and waited over 3 hours after the time scheduled. I sat by my car and once it was 7 at night, I called the technician who told me that his job was just really hard and he was now tired so he's not gonna show up. I called the company back and was told that I'd get a call back and I never did. The next day I called back and asked for some money off because I walked almost 10 miles to get back home in the rain and they expected me to walk back and wait there again. I'm a disabled veteran who had a rough job. This is just nonsense
