Wow I was quite impressed with Mr. Speedy! I had locked my keys in my car on Friday night late. I didn't have anywhere to go on Saturday so I didn't know I had locked my keys in the car until Sunday morning! I did some research and looked over some of the other local locksmiths online and chose Mr. Speedy because of the other reviews he was given. Very glad I did! When I did call he was very courteous. Told me he had a couple of other jobs in the works and it would be around an hour. I thought an hour was pretty fast for a Sunday morning. He also mentioned that he might be able to stop on his way from one job to the next since my location was on the way. He was there in about 10 minutes! It took only seconds for him to have my car unlocked! He was very professional with everything and he was even understanding when he then had to wait for me to find my credit card! Thank you so much for your prompt service! I really appreciate it!!!

Fast and efficient service that was cost effective. My 1990 Lexus is experiencing mechanical failure in both doors since the key won't open them from the outside, but Mr. Speedy came within 20-25 minutes and had the passenger's side door opened quickly after unlocking it from the inside. Prior to arriving, I was told over the phone that it would be a $70 charge if he was able to get in and open the door, but it wouldn't cost anything if he was unable to, which I felt was very acceptable. I'll unfortunately have to take it into an auto repair shop now to replace both locks, especially because the driver's side door won't open from the inside or outside, but I'm grateful for being able to drive it over there myself now rather than having to tow it. I called approximately 10 other locksmiths in the area before calling Mr. Speedy, and all of them were either unavailable for the entire day, did not answer, or felt unable to help me, so it was a relief to experience the confident and courteous service from Mr. Speedy. Very appreciative of the fantastic service I received today from Mr. Speedy Locksmith. Highly recommended!

STAY AWAY! SCAM!! NOT PROFESSIONAL LOCKSMITHS!!! This guy came out to open my SUV, spend a few hours trying to unlock it, got his tool stuck in the door. And then he called another locksmith company in town to come open it for him! The REAL locksmith from the other company unlocked the door in about 5 seconds!!!! I happily paid him, and the first guy had the nerve to then charge me as well!!

Locked my keys in my car last night and gave this guy a call. Told me he'd be 2-3 hours. Called him about an hour and a half later with just an update since my car is parked next to a gas pump and didn't want to leave it and he said "2 hours still" so I called back 2 hours later and no answer. I call back this morning and he picks up the phone and hangs up. So I called back and he did the same thing and even resorted to just being silent on the other end til I hung up. Based on the reviews I was expecting a professional but you're better off calling Fred's than this guy.

I had a dead dead battery, & couldn't get into my car. From the call, to when the guy came & unlocked my car, til he left, I had an awesome experience. If I need help again, I will definitely use Mr. Speedy Locksmith, no doubt. Because he unlocked my car, I was able to replace the battery, because it only had 7 volts. Now I can drive my car to work tomorrow. Thanks, again.
