They would not come unlocked my car because my phone was locked in my car and i could not text them the address. I called from the gas station I was at and could have easily taken down the address but refused to help.

This is not a company you want to use for your services. I called them to replace my car key which I had lost, a guy came right on time, but after an hour of trying he told me that he couldn’t program the key, he suggested to me to keep looking for the key and call him back if I don’t find. A day after I found a key but wasn’t working, I called the guy back and told him the issue, he promised to come at 4pm of the next day which he came, he tried again for an hour and half when I went to the car , he had the dashboard under steering wheel teared up , he told me that my Nissan Murano and Altima have tendency of being locked when trying to program it, so he told me that he’s going to bring his Machanic to help him, when I asked him about fixing the dashboard which he had teared part when he was trying to fix it, he said that there was no need to put the parts back together since he was going to work on it next day. Today I called him to confirm his arrival time, he told to find someone else and told me that they didn’t have anything to do with the car . I’m off cause going to involve the police on this matter, and I wish google could take an action on this company too. I wanted to add a picture of how the guy left my car , but there’s no option for that . I suggest you to think twice before using this company.

The worst customer service ever and had me waiting an hour then I called after an hour and 15 minutes went by and he said they cancelled my order because I didn’t answer the phone. They never called me! I have my call records. Then he said wait 40 minutes and we will be there. I fell asleep and just woke up 3 hours later and my daughters both said they’ve been just sitting on their phones waiting by the door and still NO SHOW! Will never call them again.

I called based on the positive reviews I found on google. However, I just called to get them to come out to my home and he said, “Louisville, correct?” And I said, “Prospect”. He says, “We only cover Louisville.” My response was... “I’m just a couple HOUSES away from Louisville. Half of my neighborhood is in Louisville..” He cuts me off and responds with “Sorry, the drivers get mad if I send them there because of the time and gas money.” I get that, but I didn’t say I was calling from Crestwood or La Grange, etc. Seriously? I was attempting to explain that I am on the side of Prospect that is still in Jefferson County, that is by Norton Commons, Cabela’s, Costco, etc, and he says “Thanks anyway” and hangs up. I don’t typically write reviews but I felt compelled - the guy wouldn’t even listen to me so I could tell them I can look out my front window and SEE the “area we cover”. Ridiculous.

Called the guy and he was hard to understand and very rude. Told me a waiting time and I waited longer and eventually had someone to bring me a spare key. Called them back and told them to forgot it and the guy just hung up.

Called cause i locked my keys in my car. I wanted to know where their office was located so i could feel safer knowing i called a legit company. As soon as i asked the guy on the phone got defensive. Said he was o the west side. Do not want someone with a snarky attitude who feels thretened when i ask questions. I would rather pay the extra 15$ that pop a lock charges for friendly service. At least there i know exactly who im meetings and feel safer.

Was quoted $25 and told it would be 25 minutes. After an hour, driver showed up and charged $40 saying it was now considered rush hour. Do yourself a favor and call another company.
