I was in town visiting family we went out to eat supper come home to find out we locked our self out of the house, The only Locksmith to answer the phone was Lock Out Shop, They arrived with in 20mins. I recommend the Lock Out shop!! I called Randy on Friday to have 11 locks on my home rekeyed so we could use the same key for every lock. He arrived Monday to do the work and once he was finished he informed me that 4 of the door handles with deadbolts I purchased were already keyed to the same key so those units didn't have to be rekeyed. Randy could have not told me this and charged me the full price he quoted me over the phone, but instead he told me and charged a lesser amount for the units he did have to rekey. He saved me $100!! I highly recommend Randy and the Lock Out shop! I appreciate his prompt and honest service!
