Jerry gave me a very good price for a lock installation.WHen setting up the appointment, he also gave recommendations for locks. On the day of appointment, he arrived early and waited for me. He explained his work to me in the installation process. When he finished, we made two copies of keys for me free of charge. Thank you, Jerry!

Today I was locked out of my 2002 Lexus LS430 with my keys still inside the vehicle. After numerous attempts to get inside with a wire hanger, I knew I wasn't going to be able to get inside on my own. I called several locksmiths in the area and chose Jerry because he called me back right away and could be at my house within minutes. Jerry told me this anti-theft system is difficult to bypass. He told me he was willing to attempt to get in, but if he couldn't get it open there wouldn't be a fee. Jerry was very prompt to arrive. He assessed the situation for a moment then went back to his van to retrieve the proper tools. Ten minutes later I was back in my car! I cannot recommend Jerry enough to anybody that needs a locksmith. He was very professional, honest, and polite. Thank you times a million, Jerry! 5 stars are not enough for this guy!

Called JG Lock from Kokomo to see if he could help my son who had locked himself out of his car at the local Westfield skatepark. JG dropped what he was doing and he was there in a flash for him. JG called me back after he got my son into his car to let me pay over the phone. Wonderful person, wonderful service. Would reccomend JG Lock to anyone in the Westfield/Indy area......thanks!

GREAT service - so pleasant. I called JG on a Sunday afternoon to get help changing the locks on the house. When I explained why I was asking for a Sunday/same-day visit, the owner immediately understood and headed my way. The price was completely reasonable, and he made sure I knew BEFORE he started exactly what he would be doing and what would be charged - very reassuring! Locks were changed, new keys handed over (no charge for doing a few extra copies of the key, which was appreciated), and he asked me to double check the keys & the locks before he left. Very kind, VERY professional.
